Harbor Point is the place to be on the 21 MM. This adorable 1 bd/1bath unit includes a 10x26 dock slip. Arguably the BEST price in the complex! Relax on your covered porch with comfy porch seating, see the boats and hear the sound of summer! This complex offers a clubhouse, outdoor pool (May-Oct), laundry facilities, pickleball courts and a boat ramp. Great for relaxing or fishing tournaments. Has a boat launch and trailer parking on site. Harbor Point is close to restaurants by land and water.

It was a good place. condo was okay, nothing special, obviously aging. View is great, location is fantastic, overall such a very solid property choice. No washer/dryer in condo.

Our place was beautiful and Kevin was great with communication. Our AC was out for a few days and we were unhappy with how long it took to fix, however Kevin responded very fast and sent people out as fast as he could to help us out and even offered to reimburse us for the the fan we bought. Overall great stay.

It fit the need. Wasn't terrible, wasn't excellent. Location was great, watching the boats dock and use the ramp was interesting. There is a boat sales/service center directly next to it, so during the weekday, you could see and hear what they were doing. Evening/night was super quiet. The condo itself needs some love. All carpet is very stretched out - could be a trip hazard for anyone not paying attention. Addressed our concerns with owner.

Nice but dated

Well the property is taken care. But there’s a few things that need attention. Patio sliding door don’t slide, to flush toilet you have to hold the handle down the whole time for it to work. Air conditioning worked great bed was not bad either. The carpet needs re-stretched you can trip over the wrinkles. VRBO also took my onekey points and never gave the discount on the price.

Amazing place to stay

Me and my fiance had the best time. Place was clean and super nice. We didnt wanna leave. The host was amazing. Id definitely recommend others to stay here. Thanks again for an amazing time!

Hiking Trip

My Mom and I were on a mother/daughter hiking trip. Loved how quiet and clean this area was. Favorite part was sitting on the deck drinking our morning tea watching nature.

Nice place to stay to enjoy the lake. Nothing fancy the amenities were the bare minimum compared to other places we’ve stayed but overall a good experience.

Small getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Just little things several of the light switches didn't work. Maybe add a blow dryer and toiletries. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. I will recommend it others.

Good Stay

We were there 4 weekdays in November, all was very peaceful inside and out. Spent hours enjoying the deck. Kitchen nicely equiped. Bed and other furniture comfortable. Plenty of hot, high pressure water in the shower.

Exactly as listed, enjoyed our stay

The condo was exactly as listed. The balcony looked right over the water, the fish were jumping at sunrise every morning. Located within minutes of dining, shopping and entertainment.

Brought food to grill. Grill was unusable. Carpet in the living room was so bunched up could almost trip over it. A hair dryer and iron were listed. Didn’t find either one. We have been coming to the area for four years. By far the worst place we’ve stayed at. We understand the owners do not live in state. They might want to come take a look at the place they are renting out.
