No parties or events are allowed on the property. Due to allergies, no pets are allowed. Minutes away from shopping and several golf courses around town. The interior of the home has just been repainted and new flooring put in. There is a 65" TV in the living room. WIFI access and cable TV present. Plenty of street parking along with a large two car garage at the back of the property. Check in time is 4pm or later and check out time is by 10am. There is a keypad on the front door for easy check in. I will provide the code two days before your arrival.
