Frig. And stove.

Beautiful house. Dock was awesome. Just needs to replace the stove and fridge. Other than that was awesome. Wifi is not very good in the area.

Great lake experience

Dale is always very accommodating. The house, the pier, And the lake are perfect for a nice Family vacation. This is our second trip to this home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake. The house was everything we needed. Dale was very helpful and accommodating. We will visit again.

Nice enough

The property is very nice, and the location to the open water is very convenient. The landlord is a super nice guy and very helpful. The home was clean and spacious. The boat ramp is not far from the property. The dock and water area for your boat and fishing is excellent, well-lit at night. Unfornutaly no swimming area or ladder to access the dock from the water. But, there is a sand bar not far from the location by boat. There is a Dollar General not far from the house too. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. As with any rental, there are some Cons, depending on your visit, we stayed the last week of June. The backyard and back deck have no shade. Luckily we brought a canopy tent, Very few deck chairs, would recommend you bring a few with you. The grill is a charcoal grill, no outside electrical outlets, except at the dock area. The WI-FI is terrible and weak plus if you are a Verizon customer the signal is also weak. The kitchen has limited cookware. The HVAC does cool but would recommend bringing fans, the home has no ceiling fans, some bedrooms get hot during the night. Drop cords also, due to the location of some of the room electrical outlets. Overall, would recommend this rental, our family enjoyed their stay.

Great stay for small group!

We loved this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. The dock is fabulous and we spent a lot of time fishing on it and enjoying the lights around the lake. Dale was very helpful and check in was so easy. Good weather would have made our holiday weekend perfect. We will be back!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! The house is larger than I expected. Everything was spotless and the house has everything you need. We didn’t have cell service so we relied heavily on WiFi. The Internet dropped a lot. I would get FTC to take a look at this for you. The internet had nothing to do with our wonderful stay. Your neighbors monkey was a great thing to look forward to coming and going. Thank you for renting out your beautiful home!!

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, and an overall great place to relax. The outdoor area is very nice. The kids really enjoyed it, and there was enough space for the whole family go spread out and enjoy our time. The house is very spacious as well. The beds were very comfy, and it was nice that all linens were included. The owners are also very nice, and very quick to respond to you. The only things I did not like was the refrigerator door doesn’t stay closed very well so our food and drinks were not very cold, and the kitchen was lacking a few things that we needed to cook such as a strainer. I also wish it would have been a little easier to take the trash off. Since the dump did not open until 2 on Sunday, and check out time was 11 we ended up having to bring the trash back home with us. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, and we would definitely come back again.

Perfect lakeside getaway

My brother and I were able to enjoy Dale's property while we were in town for work. Dale and his family were great hosts and I would definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. A+ all around.
