This is a fun unique style house located in North Spokane with 18 foot tall cathedral ceiling the master bedroom is a loft style suite including a full bathroom and walk in closet with accesses to a privet balcony.
2 bedrooms and full bath located on the main level. enclosed back yard with gate access on the side of the house. In 2011 full remodel had been done.

This place has been awesome for our family trips to Spokane. The only small issue is trying to sleep in the loft with the daylight coming in the windows. Overall I would highly recommend this place and location.

The house was clean, well stocked with many thoughtful items. Some things we thought were missing since it was geared to small children were some safety items: electrical plug in covers, rounded edges on the coffee table, and a baby gate for the stairs to the upstairs room were the main things we thought of. It was overall a nice, comfortable place.

Excellent!

Very nice property located close to everything we needed in Spokane. Easy check-in and out with great communication from the owner. Lots of useful items for our toddler from games and toys to a high chair and pack-n-play. Would definitely recommend!

Adorable and Spacious Home!!

This was our first time in Spokane. We went for a volleyball tournament and the home exceeded our expectations in every way!The location was perfect with easy and close access to downtown, shops and especially the volleyball event center. The home was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well-stocked, overall the house is charming and welcoming. We will definitely consider to stay in this adorable home every time we visit the town. It was just perfect!

Very easy place to find with parking for ourselves and our daughter. Clean and well laid out home. Had plenty of blankets and pillows for all. Washer and dryer was great to have at our finger tips.

Enjoyable Property; Accurate Listing

My partner and I had an enjoyable four day stay at this property. It was very clean, and would work well for a group up to six people. The king size bed is firmer than I personally enjoy, but my partner thought it was perfect! We did really enjoy using the fire pit in the back yard.
