Beautiful Hali’i Kai 15-C, oceanfront, watch whales from your lanai

Unit 15-C at luxurious Hali’i Kai gives you a rare front row seat with ground floor access to lush green grass over looking the beautiful Pacific. During the season, watch whales up close from your lanai! Building 15 is one of the few in Hali’i Kai directly on the ocean, private, but within yards of Hali’i Kai’s Ocean Club.

The Ocean Club is an oceanfront club with a fabulous multilevel pool, hot tub with sandy bottom, private restaurant and bar with outdoor covered dining as well as an open-air workout cabana with views not to be missed. Tennis, pickle ball and basketball are also available at the resort. There is a $20 per day resort charge which is paid to Hali'i Kai directly at check-in.

The condo has has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master with unobstructed ocean views. There is a comfortable king in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. Whip up home cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances to enjoy at the new table on the lanai or relax at one of the many fabulous restaurants available in the Waikoloa Resort area. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to high-end shopping at the Kings' Shops, gourmet grocery at the Queen'sMarketplace and two golf courses.

Many of the best beaches on the Big Island are a very short drive from the condo, including ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay (A Bay) just south and beautiful Hapuna Beach to the north. Or access the historic Ala Kahakai trail which wanders beside the ocean for miles in either direction from Hali’i Kai. The condo has beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach bags and a cooler for all your beach adventures.
