Evrything was simple and accommodating, even for our awkward hours! The area felt safe and we were comfortable walking around. Everything was a quick inexpensive uber ride away, too! Loved it!

Check instructions were clear. Short Uber from airport. Basically just slept and showered before heading to our next location. Perfect for our needs after a long travel day.

Impressive. Studio is very nice and behind a gate. Very clean and very cozy, everything you need is at the unit..our host Iris is very honest and made sure our stay was impeccable..I recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay close to the airport or San Juan..Thank you Iris.. be back soon!

We were grateful for a place to rest fot the night after a late flight and late check-in! The accommodations were warm and inviting, however, there were used items from previous guests in the refrigerator (olives, butter, hot sauce, sugar, coffee filters) that left the possibility of contamination. The bed sheets in the bag on the shelf were sandy. The bathroom rug looked like it wasn't changed and there were long strands of black hair on the shower walls and sketchy stains on the side of the mattress topper behind the futon. I was charged extra $16 after early 10:30am check-out. Why?

Property itself was clean and convenient. Neighborhood was combination of more taken care of properties and some lots that seemed in need of care. Great to have off street parking. Beds clean but sagged in middle a bit. Perfect for what we needed- a quick one night stay.

The studio was beautifully decorated.Upon entering the studio there were spots in celing a standing fan blowing and ceiling fan on a/c off. Smell of mold present. I contacted host right away she denied it was mold said it was discoloration. My guest has asthma and was uncomfortable staying due to the odor.I asked to cancel she said ok. Requested a refund she didn’t respond i was on site less than 15mins. Returned keys and communicated with host the entire time. I reserved for 2 days they took my money. I did not take pictures but im sure by time of next reservation the spots in ceilng above ac will have been killzed or painted over. Now i know why it was listed at $55 a nignt. Host was unreasonable and had a poor attitude regarding the situation. Stating no one ever complained and i better not give a poor review very intimidating. Never again!

It fit our needs

The property is as listed. We needed a stop over on the way to an island. It was super close to airport and an easy Uber ride. Not familiar with this area, so I don't know how it compares but we walked about 15 min to a good truck

Perfect!

Exactly as listed. Quiet spot that is great for sleeping and relaxing between adventures. Enjoyed hearing the coquis at night. The host was wonderful, kind, and very helpful. Would definitely stay again! Nice location in relation to other places on the island.

A place to sleep

The location was in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing was in walking distance. The bed was too soft. It served the purpose of having a place to sleep without hotel prices.
