To the other side of the living room is the study, where there's games, puzzles & a desk in case you need your computer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed & att. full bath. Two other bedrooms share a 3/4 bath in the hallway.
Fire up the grill while the dog plays in the fenced area or enjoy the front porch with a book! There are bikes for your use, also enjoy beach chairs, cooler & cart for your adventures! Just minutes to local shops , restaurants, Farmer's Market & playground for kids at Middleton Park and grocery shopping. 20 min to Southport center and 40 min to Wilmington. *On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. There will be a limited (1000) number of annual passes available for purchase for $175. Violations will be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
