An Ample apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Large living room and kitchen with breakfast area. Complete apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and both bedrooms. Extended Wifi coverage throughout the apartment.

Hi Adam, thank you for staying in my vacation condo in Marbella Juan Dolio. I'm not sure if you got a chance to explore the neighborhood. There are over 10 restaurants near by. All within walking distance from the condo. There are 2 Italian and 2 Spanish restaurants right across the street. If you visit us again, I will put together a list of eateries nearby...thank you

It was very nice , place was clean, beds were comfortable and appliances. Worked perfectly TV and cable all working good air conditioner, ice cold. Properly well-maintained clean pools

Smelly

The apartment smelled like mildew, because being so hot outside the sliding doors or the front door could not be opened to let the odor out. Some Pots, pans and other utensils had burned or scratched Teflon, the coffee pot was dirty when we got there. Marbella now has a stray cat invasion that begs at the outdoor restaurant. Some of them were sick. The amazing view made up for all of this, but we will be looking for another location next time.

Thank you for your honest review. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to any rentals. We will eliminate the moldy smell by installing an automatic dehumidifier. The pots and Pans will be replaced as needed. I'm sure your next visist will be a more positive experience.

Great stay, as usual!

This is a great property. Well appointed, excellent amenities, great hot water and A/C. Wish we had not come for work, otherwise would have loved to spend more time enjoying the beach, the pools, and the amazing views! Easy entry, and the owner is quick to respond to all requests - wish I could give 6 stars!

Great stay

Came for a 5-day trip and the place was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Entry and exit were a breeze. Ray was quick to respond to questions. While we were there for business, it didn't hurt to come back to the apartment where the views were unbeatable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Condo!

Ray was a wonderful host. Quick to respond to our questions and even passing on the name of a clinic as a few of us caught a bug. Beautiful location with a great beach and pool and close to many great restaurants! Already thinking of our next trip😍. The accommodations were clean, well stocked(kitchen linens would be a nice addition), and fantastic view!!
