This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation.

This luxury unit has sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom to the oceanfront balcony with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a smooth radiant-heat range, and marble garden tub. There is ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, living room and bathrooms of this perfect condo. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's. For added convenience, there is a fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer.

The property was beautiful and clean with an absolutely gorgeous view and plenty of room for our family. The only issues were that the master bed and pillows were wore out and not comfortable and the couches smelled and need to be replaced.

Check in and unloading needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy with beachfront rental. Nice layout. Everything was as described. Did notice mildew or mold on caulking on bottom of shower door and side glass of shower. Also black spots on ceiling above shower. Jets not working in tub. Dishwasher didn’t work properly. Wouldn’t release detergent all the time. Had to rerun dishwasher each time. Biggest drawback was having everyone checking in at same time. Wait for elevator to get belongings to room was 30-45 minutes, standing in line outside because there was no room inside to wait. Very inconvenient unloading situation.

Family Fall Break

Location very convenient to everything. Having three bedrooms and three baths was excellent. Beautiful view from a spacious balcony. We did have issue with balcony door handle, maintenance came in timely manner. TV remote was missing, a call had maintenance deliver to us. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you need. The loveseat could use a deep clean. Cobwebs on lamps in owners suite. We will stay there again, enjoyed the beach and all the pools and hot tubs.

Nice family getaway

Really enjoyed the roominess and the pool was exceptional. Oceanfront with a walkway is helpful. I prefer parking decks usable at the building but the quick elevators with no wait made up dor the inconvenience! Shopping carts to assist unloading were so helpful!

Loved the location loved how you could walk straight out to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Had plenty of room for everyone

It was a perfect location for our family trip. Location was very convenient with a restaurant, ice-cream and small mart and surf shop just around the corner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was decently clean (other than a pair of stray socks under the sofa) and well stocked. The balcony and access to the beach was perfect. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed so much during our stay, but it was nice when it was available. This unit has two front bedrooms with windows that face the exterior light, making the rooms super bright all night. We ended up buying a curtain to hang, so bring your own or plan to purchase one. Perhaps the owners will consider adding window treatments at some point. Overall it was a great stay! Thanks!

Terrible check-in process

The condo unit was nice. The feedback I'd give is that the second & third bedrooms could use blackout curtains. There was an extremely bright exterior light right outside both bedroom windows, making sleeping difficult. The communication with the management company was the worst I've ever experienced. They require you go to the real estate office to check in, which is the last thing I wanted after an 8-hour drive. I received two pages with directions on how to get to the condo building and park (thanks but I have GPS), but nothing that told me the unit number. The materials had in bold and all CAPS a warning about fines for not turning in the keys, which caused my husband and I to scramble around the car looking for the keys that must have fallen out of the envelope. We eventually realized there were no keys because the door had a keypad. So why did I need to go to the management office? There were other examples (incorrect keypad codes, incorrect building name, etc.), but you get the gist. We come to the area a few times per year to visit parents, but we won't be staying anywhere that uses this rental company again.

Great place

The 3 bedroom 3 bath was perfect for us. We were 3 adult couples and everyone really enjoyed this vacation. We had everything we needed and was great to have a restaurant so close. Beautiful view from our balcony.

Non-communication!

Our stay was nice but it would have been great to have know upfront that there was work being done on the resort. Pool was closed as there was only 5 tubes for the lazy River. Our condo was not very clean! We had to ask for clean sheets and we cleaned off the cigarette butts from the balcony. The place needed a deep clean for sure.

A relaxing trip!

Our condo was perfect for what we want out of a vacation. Excellent beach access, clean building, and easy access to parking garage. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had everything we needed when we were cooking. I loved the huge crock pot! The condo was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of myrtle beach itself but close enough for us to drive a short distance and enjoy restaurants, shopping and attractions. There was some renovation work being done on some of the other condos so the noise from that was aggravating from time to time. And the parking area directly under the building was closed for the renovations as well as the large outdoor pool. The only real complaint i had was that most od the beds were super uncomfortable and seem to be in need of some new mattresses. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Annual beach vacation with Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Crescent Shores property. We had the same condo (808). The property is very clean, with the amenities, great ocean view and plenty of room for 3 couples. We have ben well please both trips with the property. Unfortunately they started some construction and closed the pool area and entrance lot after we arrived. This was a bummer and real in convent when trying to load up to leave. But all and all the stay was great. North Beach Realty is very easy to work with. Check in and check out is simple. We arrived late after hours, but our check in packet with all info was in the lock box with our name on it. I'm sure we will be back and work with North Beach.

The owner needs to be more involved with issues of the property, such as replacing beds. I was told that the washer and dryer were being replaced on the day after we departed. North Beach Reality gets a 10 for their assistance with issues during our stay.

Great location. Very spacious condo. More than enough room for our family of 5. Only 2 negatives were that the bar stools still had food and crumbs all around the cushions, which was gross, and the microwave wouldn't heat. Nevertheless, once property management was alerted, a handyman came promptly with a new, free-standing microwave to get us through, and he also vacuumed and cleaned the stools. Overall, we had a great time.

Great Condo!

We loved the condo, plenty of room for our whole family, easy walk to and from the beach and pools. Loved the balcony with ocean view! We had some issues with some items, a broken lamp, TV didn't work, dryer wasn't drying, but we called it in and got great response time, it was handled within a day. Check out time was at 10:00 cleaning people were standing right outside our door, before 10:00 waiting on us to leave, I understand that they need to get the room cleaned for the other guest, but we had until 10 to check out, felt very rushed. We left behind two items, a coffee cup & air purifier and when we called about it we were told no one could check to see if the items were still there until the other guest checked out. Hopefully we can get our belongings back.

Summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo and the accessibility for handicap guests. The dishwasher had dishes in it and we weren't sure if they were clean or not. We stayed 2 weeks and were only provided 2 dishwashing tablets, 1 paper towel roll, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I know that was communicated however, if you stay 2 weeks you would think there would be more. The couch had goldfish crackers falling out onto the floor and one of the bathroom showers had long dark hair all over the walls. Parking is a huge issue if you have anyone in your party that can't get around well. There are only 2 handicapped parking spots next to the condo. The rest of the parking is across the street. I feel that it would be very helpful if the 1st floor of the condo were reserved for handicap guestsI would like to say that the management staff were very nice and professional. We had an issue with the coffee maker & they replaced it right away, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our nightly ice cream from Mr. G's. Highly recommend them!

July 2023 Family Vacation

The property is as advertised. It was comfortable for our family of ten. Everything worked and there were no issues during our stay. The cleanliness of the property upon our arrival did not meet our expectations. We vacuumed the entire condo. We also purchased Windex and wiped down many surfaces that had hand or fingerprints on them. If not for the cleanliness issues we would have rated this a 5.
