★Cozy, quiet 2bed/1.5 bath condo - sleeps 6. Completely renovated June 2018 & located in the HEART of Fairfield Glade, Wilshire Heights area- includes guest access to all amenities - golf, pools, and so much more! Living/dining/kitchen - open floor plan, TV, 1/2 bath on ground floor. Bedrooms & 1 bath upstairs- King bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds. Walk out patio from living room w/ table & chairs outside. Washer/dryer combo in half bath.

You're going to LOVE this space! Enjoy the open floor plan with a 55" TV, sectional sofa and a recliner, perfect for relaxing. Brand new kitchen appliances (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher) coffee pot, bakeware, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Queen bedroom with balcony overlooking beautiful green space, super comfortable mattresses to ensure the best rest!

You will be staying in the heart of Fairfield Glade, near the 4 way stop. Guest passes provided for access to Golf, pools, community center and more. Please see website for Fairfield Glade Rates/Amenities for cost, etc. as it is subject to change.

Great condo

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Owner was easy to communicate with. Pools and golf courses nearby. Guest pass was great! One hour lake cruises were fun and inexpensive. Really enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

Quaint and clean accommodation. The location is ideal! This is our 2nd trip, and we hope to visit next year. The owner(Sheryl) is thorough and available. The only downside was the couch. It wasn't too comfortable and needs to cleaned. It won't stop us from booking next year.

Great Location Comfy Cozy Condo

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean, exactly as described in pictures. A great home base while we took in the Hwy 127 yard sale. Would definitely recommend this host and property.

Cute and Clean condo

Great little place in a nice area. The beds are amazing ! Memory foam ! Our family enjoyed our short stay. Sheryl was great and on top of things. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice relaxing spot

My husband and I spent a week in this condo. Comfortable and clean. Many nice restaurants, wineries and breweries in the area. If you’re a golfer you will love it.

Perfect Thanksgiving stay

The property was clean and perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap, etc. Even complimentary toiletries in the bathroom! Easy check in and excellent location.

Clean place

This condo is great for a couple. It's a little older place (70s), but clean. It's located in a retirement community, that includes pools, golf courses and a small mall. We hiked the nature trails, and they were great! Tons of restaurants nearby.

Cumberland Trip

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit and would recommend it to others. The photos are accurate and it is easy to find. Parking is immediately in front of the unit which is very convenient. Gas, grocery and restaurants are nearby. There is a TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms which is not mentioned in the description. The cookware is damaged and needs to be replaced. Otherwise the unit is fully functional. The host was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. We hope to return to this property in the future.

Great Stay

The condo had everything we needed and was clean and well kept. The resource binders were overflowing with goods, services, and restaurants. The cable didn’t work for the first two days but a service tech finally came out and fixed it. It’s basic cable so no ESPN, etc. a A little disappointed in that. While the cable guy was there, another repairman we weren’t expecting showed up to replace a leaky faucet. Owner should have warned us. Other than these 2 missteps, the place was very cozy and we would definitely stay again.

Short stay for a wedding

My son was in a wedding in town and we chose this place for a comfortable place to stay before and after the ceremony. Much more comfortable than a hotel. Each kid had their own comfy bed to sleep in. It was just perfect for us. Very clean!

Wonderful!

The description was right on! Unit was clean and everything needed was there. Well equipped kitchen, even for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The TV and choices of streaming was enjoyed. The owner was absolutely great to deal with and quick to respond to questions! Thanks for sharing your place 😊

Convienient Location

We were exploring Fairfield Glade, so the property was conveniently located. We also used the kitchen and found it to be adequately stocked. The manager was quick to respond to questions and provided guest passes to use the resort amenities. We would return.

Perfect accommodation and location

This townhouse was in a perfect location for everything that we needed to do in the area. It was spotless, ample space for our stuff. We thought the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early, the owner was very responsive and accommodating Only knock is that we were unable to get the Vols game on TV. Would have been nice to have local channels for news also. Would definitely stay here again if we come in the area and would highly recommend it

Golf outing at Fairfield Glade

The condo was very clean. I arrived early while the lady who was cleaning (from the previous renter) was still working. She came out to greet me and explained it would only be a few more minutes. We had a good conversation, what a nice lady. I also contacted the manager/owner and the responses were timely. The towels were clean and plentiful and the upstairs bathroom suited my needs perfectly. The location is very close to all five of the courses at FG, and reserved parking made the stay even better.

Need a smart TV and Rock hard mattresses

Overall, a clean functional unit. Both mattresses were rock hard. TV only has local channels. You can access Netflix, but apparently the TV is not a smart TV, as neither of us could access our streaming accounts to watch more than 4 channels.

Great time in Crossville TN

We really enjoyed our time in Crossville and at this rental unit. The space was clean, bright, inviting and comfortable. It lived up to the billing and exceeded it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to travel to that part of the country.

Great location in Fairfield Glade

This property is within walking distance to many activities and just a short drive to several golf courses. It is a two story unit so if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs, this unit won't fit your needs. The property manager was available anytime we needed something.
