The bears! Saw 3 playing in the yard. House was perfect size for 9 people. It was close to town but would have been easier if you could walk to the parkway. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Awesome property

The house was amazing and location was perfect. The hosts were great staying in contact to be sure we had all we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

House was great for our group and location was perfect!

Plenty of room inside and out for our group. Loved the backyard - great views, seating and fire pit. Enjoyed a few sightings of bears in the yard too!

Perfect size for 5 couples, huge bedrooms with attached bath, and lots of beautiful level outdoor spaces. Close to town and activities.

This is our second year in a row of staying in King Bear Downtown. The location is great and the amenities fit the needs of our family perfectly. We had a couple of minor issues and called and those were fixed immediately. The bears visited us every day, so we had to make sure we did not leave anything outside or in our vehicles! I would recommend this property to anyone that does not want to traverse stairs or wants to be close to town. Also, the view is great of the mountains and part of the town.

Great Property!

Our group couldn’t have been more pleased with this property! The location was perfect, the home was clean, all bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the owner was very friendly!! We would rent this property again without hesitation!
