Le "Brisontinn" est un bel appartement rénové avec goût ! Coconning, chaleureux, il est idéalement situé pour profiter des balades ombragées de la forêt de Corsuet ou des sessions baignades au lac du Bourget ! Gîte situé dans une copropriété. Sur 3 niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée : séjour-cuisine. Cellier. Au 1er étage : Salon (canapé convertible 2 personnes 140 x 190 cm), salle de bain (baignoire avec WC). Au deuxième étage : 1 chambre climatisée (1 lit 2 personnes 160 x 190 cm). 1 WC privatif avec lavabo. Terrasse privative et espace extérieur partagé. Sur les bords du Lac du Bourget, plus grand lac naturel de france, une très belle adresse pour un séjour détente ! Proche des commerces et du lac, le "Brisontinn" se situe dans le village de Brison Saint Innocent à quelques pas des rives du lac.
