Lake house

Gorgeous Lake house - in the gated community of "Hot Springs Village." The community boasts 11 lakes, nine golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, Gym, churches, gas station, restaurants, security, and so much more. Our house is 3 1/2 years old, all new furnishings. Air Conditioned. On Lake Maria, but you will have access to all the lakes and other amenities. No pets please. Brand new memory foam mattresses throughout. Wash and Dryer just installed. Nice deck with a Weber grill, seating, and view over the lake.

Newly added - 8/21 -
New 42" screens with WiFi, in second and third bedrooms.
Total is now four screens:
Cable and WiFi to Main Bedroom and Great Room, WiFi in other two bedrooms.

The house is beautiful and the location was great, however we couldn’t get the tv in the master bedroom to work and the cleaners had not cleaned out the coffee pot, otherwise it was great! The host is quick to respond.

Immaculate, modern Hot Springs lake house

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. Everything was clean & upscale. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Sitting outside on the porch with a view of the lake was relaxing.

Great property!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellence of this property. It is located close to all of the great attractions in the area, and truly felt like home away from home. The views from 2 of the bedrooms facing the lake are amazing, and we enjoyed how clean everything was. The host was great in communicating with us, and even offered us early check in and late check out as the property was not booked before/after our stay. The gated community where the house is located is very clean, quiet, and safe and includes a golf course. Loved the house! We will definitely be back.

Vacation with grandchildren.

The home was beautiful with a very nicely stocked kitchen. It was well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was that the dishwasher did not work.

Relaxing Getaway.

This is our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and it has every amenity you could possible need. Charles responds to any messages quickly and is always accommodating. We enjoyed the many water activities available in the village. There are many local restaurants available if you choose to eat out. Hot Springs is only about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed the Buckstaff, Axe throwing, and shopping in Hot Springs. This property is highly recommended.

Such a beautiful and modernized home. And all the touches are ice and welcoming. The layout, the cozy furniture, coffee bar, large open main living area, large closets and bathrooms, beautiful back deck. There were even snacks sitting out when we rolled in weary from the road. Wonderful. I think Charles the owner has the spiritual gift of hospitality.

Beautiful lake front stay for 2 couples

The house and host exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is even more exquisite than the photos, from the minute you walk through the front door it feels like a retreat! The lake view provides a beautiful back-drop in every room, the thoughtful details and elegant decor are on-point. We especially appreciated the coffee bar set-up and well-stocked kitchen (everything we needed to cook several meals). Wish we could have stayed longer in this spacious, beautifully furnished home. If we could give it 6 stars, we would!

It is a very nice house in gated community. About a 25 minute drive into Hot Springs. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this house

Beautiful views

This property is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The views were amazing and the property itself was clean and well stocked. We did not get to use the dock like we planned, because by the time we got back to the house each evening we were ready to be out of the heat, but is large and perfect for swimming. We loved the big table for playing games and the couches in the family room were very comfortable as well as the beds. The host was very nice and incredibly helpful, especially since we had never been to Hot Springs. We were very pleasantly surprised by all the seating throughout and the nice grill, we were expecting charcoal. Overall beautiful house on a nice quiet cul de sac, we would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our family of 6:)

We found the house to be clean and very spacious! The location can’t be beat. It’s on a very small and calm lake and perfect for swimming, floating and kayaking. We had a great time and will be returning!

Rented this property for a short week of some golf and family time. The house was great - nice, super clean and very quiet. All-in-all I would come here again.

Great Getaway

We traveled to Hot Springs for a short getaway and was looking for a quiet, waterfront property to relax and enjoy family time. That's exactly what we got! Though there are many houses in Hot Springs Village, it is very quiet and relaxing. We had direct lake access to Lake Maria, the smallest of the lakes. Not much traffic on the lake. We were able to fish and picnic outside. The only thing I wish the property had was a fire pit outside, but it doesn't change my 5 star review. The property inside was beautiful with great additions such as games, coffee, snacks, and toiletries. Would definitely recommend!

Better than the Pics!

We enjoyed staying here on Spring Break with our 16yr old son! The home is beautiful and well maintained and stocked with games, snacks and coffee! The lake is a perfect setting to relax and hang out. The host, Charles, is excellent and prompt with communication. Highly recommend.
