Great vacation! Beautiful house with many activities for the whole family! We did everything from kayaking and paddle boarding, played poker, and even made s’mores by the fire pit! It was a lovely family vacation and we’d definitely come back!

Beautiful house in the mountains on a lake in the gated Hot Springs Village. The owners were easy to communicate with thru out the process. We had 4 couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom. This house worked out perfectly.

We had a group of 12 women and each and everyone had nothing but awesome things to say about the house. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. Kristen was super responsive. the kitchen was well equipped so cooking was a breeze. Thanks for letting us share your great house!

The house was great. It meet all our needs for a family vacation with three families. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be a second refrigerator, maybe out in the garage and an air fryer. Overall this is great rental that will leave you not wanting for anything .

These hosts have thought of everything! What an amazing space for a family vacation. This home is beautiful and the location is just perfect. We especially enjoyed the face that there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds! We have very big men in our family so that allowed us to all sleep so comfortably. Our best family vacation to date!

We just completed our week stay at the Eagle Hideaway in Hot Springs and we had the BEST time. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had and plenty of space for the small kids to play. Between the front yard, the back yard, the dock, the game room--it was a great spot for a family get away. The hosts think of everything for you (towels, full kitchen, spots for remotes, plenty of seating, kayaks, hot tub) and the view looking out to the lake is so peaceful. We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home and hope to return one day. The Hot Springs Village area is wonderful as well. The kids had a great time playing at Balboa Beach. Highly recommend this place!

The MOST Perfect Quiet Lake Getaway

This place is IT. Spacious, clean, luxurious, and quiet. Perfect for families or couples. The living area is perfect. The game room is perfect. The outdoor decks and patios are perfect. The fire-pit and backyard are perfect. The hosts were perfect. My wife and I could not get over how quiet this lake was. We loved every minute.

Friend Reunion

We had 4 couples and a few single adults with us. The inside space size was more than enough for a group of friends who had not seen each other in several years. There was separate spaces for quiet conversations and of course the game room! The outside space was incredible. We really enjoyed our time in the very clean and well stocked kitchen. The entire house, both inside and outside was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is an excellent rental, it was very well appointed, the owners have done a great job, They seem to have thought of everything!All the little extra details were amazing!The s’mores kit was a big hit with my kids.It was also really nice to have the Nespresso machine,the home was super nice and cozy!

Family reunion

We have been going to HSV for over 30 years and have a large family. This house was better than any place we have ever rented before! Perfect location on the Lake with so many great amenities! We had everything we needed and felt like home!! This won't be our last time staying here!! Amazing!

Right out of a postcard

We got to stay at this beautiful home during my company’s executive retreat. The seven of us thoroughly enjoyed having rooms ourselves and exceptional communal spaces for us to meet, cook, play, bond. During our stay, a 13 inch snow came, and the owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Getting our vehicles out. We can’t wait to make this an annual stay because of the wonderful ownership and accommodations!

Exactly as the pictures

We had a golf trip with 8 adult men. The vrbo had more than adequate accommodations for overweight snorers. The kitchen and family room were a perfect size for indulging in gluttony. The game room was a blast with pool, shuffle board, darts and video games. I wish i could say more but we cut our stay because it rained the whole time we were there. We don't blame the hosts at all for that. 5 stars!

Perfect location for our multi-generational family getaway

We booked it for my father-in-law’s 80th birthday celebration. Everyone agreed that it was the nicest VRBO we had stayed in.Lower floor: King bedroom, small living area, queen bedroom with a bunk bedroom attached shared big bathroom. Upper floor: 2 master suites (with baths) a king room and a queen room and another bathroom.Kitchen: Quality dishes and flatware, variety of cookware, spices, utensils, etc. Multiple coffee maker options were a nice touch, with regular coffee pot/Keurig pod combo and a Nespresso maker. We didn’t find a grinder, so we assumed the coffee beans in the photo were for decoration. If you want fresh ground, just bring your own grinder or pre-grind before you come :). We also had Walmart deliver our groceries for about the same time we arrived, so that worked out great and was well worth the delivery fee and a nice tip! If you do forget something you need, there’s a grocery store very close but a little more spendy.Beds were comfortable with lovely bedding. Each bedside table had multi-port chargers. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash and very nice towels were provided.The game room was a big hit! Pool, darts and video games were definitely busy on Saturday since it rained all day!One note
 I’d use Apple Maps instead of Google if you have an iPhone. Google brought us to the back (unmanned) gate via a gravel road
 we even got to cross a little stream, lol!Everyone in our party would highly recommend a stay here!
