You are going to love this house as we do ! It is a perfect house for a family. Located in a nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is close to some beautiful beaches and shopping. It has one floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower/tub,office with folding queen size bed.Finished basement with 2 bedrooms and shower,laundry room.Glass door from the kitchen and living area open to the private backyard, which features beautiful landscaping, outdoor pool and outside gazebo with outside kitchen with grill and bar table.Also separate gym room.

Beautiful property! The backyard is an oasis! Close to town and the beaches. Owners were super responsive as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay

This is a stunning property, the photos don’t do it justice! The house is on a quiet street and very close to the town of Westhampton Beach. The back garden is fantastic, very relaxing environment and enclosed. We used the BBQ and it was super as was the pool which was a great size for us. The house has everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen and laundry room, they’ve even provided beach towels which was a massive bonus for us travelling from the UK. Upstairs is open plan with the kitchen and living space together, a small nook with a separate corner sofa and TV, a wonderful bathroom with jets in the bath and two double bedrooms. Downstairs is a little dark with low ceilings and could do with a lick of paint (but that is honestly the only tiny negative!) we all ended up sleeping downstairs as there was a double bunk bed which ours girls loved! We all absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The owners responded quickly to any messages and offered some advice on places to visit. Would absolutely stay here again, thank you so much for letting us stay!

we had a wedding about 20 minutes away this place was perfect! it was clean and dog friendly with a beautiful back yard the pictures do not do this place justice its great!!!

Gorgeous backyard

Our group of 4 adults and 4 teens enjoyed this well appointed property that was a very short drive to the gorgeous beaches. We made full use of the backyard - pool, cabana, grill area and firepit. Be prepared to use a lot of mosquito spray for dusk! The house had a basket with bug spray and sunscreen along with towels and beach chairs. Very close to all the "Hampton" towns for cute main street shopping and dining. Would definitely go back!

Summer geataway

The house was very private, beautifully landscaped, the outside BBQ and pool were great. Fully stocked kitchen, as well as beach towels etc. Host was quick to respond with any inquiries we had. We definitely will rent again.

Son’s Wedding Week

This home was totally wonderful. Location, well appointed, clean and neat, fun having the pool, outside bbq area with grill and a great shady cabana to relax in were all perfect! Owner: Val, was available immediately for questions answered. The week staying at this home was perfect for getting ready for our son’s wedding and chilling after the wedding events. We will definitely stay here again upon visiting our son and Westhampton Beach LI!

Family Wedding Home Away from Home

We are from Connecticut and needed a home away from home for our Son's wedding. Our stay in this Westhampton Beach, NY home was wonderful. It was close to the wedding venue; OceanBlue. Location of this home was perfect. The yard was private and peaceful with beautiful flowers and trees. Close to the Beaches, Town and Restaurants. Amenities: Pool, BBQ/Outside Kitchen area, shaded sitting area, spacious deck overlooking the pool were all clean and excellent. The home was very well appointed with all the comforts of home. Val the owner was easy to ask questions to and responded immediately. This home was a gem and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Amazing home, fantastic hosts

Our friends and I had an amazing time staying at Val and Luiza’s property for 4 weeks on Westhampton Beach. The location is amazing, right near the beach and walking distance from the town. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was a great place to call home during July. Val and Luiza are fantastic hosts, could not recommend them or this stay more.

This is truly a fantastic house

This is truly a fantastic house This is what we thought every day: A perfect house for us. And we had a few visitors stop by during our 8 day stay, and after being in the house for a short while, they all said: "This is REALLY a great house". We were a family of 4, staying downstairs in lovely bedrooms and with our separate bathroom. Upstairs was my sister and our cousin who had a bedroom each with a really nice, shared bathroom. And we loved all the little details in the house!!!! Whatever we needed, it was there - from bikes to smaller screwdrivers (which you don't expect to need on your holiday, but when you do, it is amazing to find in a drawer). To plenty of towels and everything you need in a kitchen (more than you need, actually :D ). The garden was SO lovely, also with nice little details. And our sons (7 + 10 yr) loved playing out there, going on adventures and using the pool, the gazebo and the fire pit. We loved this house, and would love to stay there again!! A wonderful stay

This house was an absolute gem for our family getaway. The house is clean and spacious - just as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is well-stocked with all of the tools we needed to make family dinners. The backyard is spectacular - incredibly beautiful and well-landscaped. Our whole family enjoyed the pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with Easy drive to downtown Westhampton Beach and local beaches. We would love to stay again!

Mini Paradise

BEAUTIFUL and well kept home in a little piece of heaven! Such a relaxing week, starting with morning coffee on the comfy deck or in the gorgeous gazebo, surrounded by an intricately and beautifully designed garden. I rented last year and mentioned three minuscule improvements and all three were addressed this year. Wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Perfect Hamptons vacation

The house was super clean, comfortable and furnished/stocked with anything one might need at home away from home. Host was responsive answering any questions we had. Backyard was very pretty and the location couldn’t be better, 2 minutes into WestHampton and 10 minutes to the beach. 20 minutes to SouthHampton. I would definitely go back.

The house and property were immaculate. The outdoor area was spectacularly kept, and was great for entertaining or just lounging by the pool. The kitchen and main living room area were expansive. The owners were extremely communicative. We could have used more coffee mugs and more dinner plates.
