Property was very clean and the check-in process was a super easy. Everything was as advertised. Only small issue was water in Hot Tub was a little low but the kids didn't mind.

Relaxing week in the Smoky's!

We had a great stay at ‘Wine Not’. Able to fit 3 families of four comfortably with no issues. Each room (4)has its own full bathroom which is nice and there is a pullout couch on each level, slept 12 people. Location was perfect, not too close to town but not too far. Hot tub was an added bonus!

Annual Mountain Trip

Overall the place was great but the floors were not clean. My kids feet were black from walking around on the first night. The hot tub didn’t have instructions and it was not warm (only 87 degrees) the first night. We had to ask how to heat it since the buttons were worn. The pillow cases had hair on them in one bed. The staircase wall had something spilt down it. Location was great. We got to see a bear in the driveway. They did have a pack n play and baby gate which was great.

A Very Beary Family Gathering.

We all had a great time! Even though the cabin was not located in a very scenic area, it was easy to get to for all drivers. This was one of the reasons that we chose it. It was very conveniently located to all areas in Gatlinburg, especially a grocery store. It had a nice enough view from the back porches and we were very happy to see our bear friends each day. I would recommend it for the above reasons and would stay there again. We did have a problem with putting our garbage in the proper receptacle. It was already partially filled when we got there. We kept waiting for the crew to empty it , but it never happened during our 6 night stay. Also, one of the bathtubs was missing the stopper and we had to share one with another tub. This was a minor issue though, but I just wanted to document it. I

Location of the cabin was great. Close to everything you need. Not to high up, yet stoll beautiful cabin.

Not as advertised - Does not comfortably fit 10 people

This property should not be advertised for up to 12 people as the table in the kitchen will only seat 6 people comfortably (if the people are super tiny you could possibly fit 8 around the table). There is no other places to eat which ruined our dinner meals as a family. This meant that we could not gather around the table and had to eat our meals at restaurants which we did not want to do. Secondly, the water pressure in the shower was very weak and made it hard to rinse shampoo out of hair and soap off the body. The hot tub was used 1 time for about 15 minutes and the chemicals/chlorine were so strong that it faded our swimsuits.

Beautiful Property

This property was very accommodating for my entire family. There were games, pool table and a hot tub. Bring some dish detergent if you plan to cook a lot. I will definitely rebook.

Sorry but Mattresses should have been replaced years ago.

We have stayed many places and these are the worst mattresses I have ever tried to sleep on. Completely wore out. Only half the TVs worked.
