The cabin was perfect size for our family of six! We appreciated all the amenities- the bathrooms were amply supplied we loved the extra large bath sheets! the kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and even coffee extras, and of course the hot tub- need I say more!!

Family Get Away

I really liked this cabin. Layout was great and the video games in the downstairs gameroom was an added bonus! We enjoyed the pool one afternoon and the hot tub each night we were there.

Great location!

Stayed here for my boys to play in a soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. It was the perfect location, only 5 minutes away. My boys had a blast playing the games downstairs. It was great to see them off their phones and playing games together.

Great place. Loved the games, stayed up way too late playing! Parking can be difficult with the steep drive, especially depending on the neighbor property. Wouldn't recommend bringing more than 2 cars max.

Enjoyable Family Trip

The place was ideal for our family. We enjoyed our stay and the frequent bear visits from afar. The yearling was very inquisitive. From a conservationist, remember do not feed the bears, they are wild life and unpredictable. Great time was had by all.

Wonderful

Great location near Rocky Top Sports World. Hosts were responded quickly to all of our questions before, during, and after our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. The only con we have is the driveway is steep, and there is only parking for 2 vehicle's which is tight.

This cabin was perfect for us. Each group had their own private area to retreat to at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment if you want to cook. We especially appreciated the wheelchair ramp and wide doorways for my wheelchair. The cabin was also very clean. The beds were also amazing!

So clean!

The cabin was great! So clean and everything you could need! Checking in was easy and Shane and Rachel were so accommodating. The hot tub was pristine! Our granddaughters were both excited and terrified that we saw a bear as soon as we arrived! Great memories! We hope to come back soon!

Lovely highlands cabin stay

House well built and maintained, and property owners highly communicative and responsive to our every enquiry and need. Minor concerns were beds - super stiff - and parking - very crowded with next door neighbors having a bunch of cars making access to cul de sac tricky. Well located for access to Rocky Top Sports Complex, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hot tub lovely in the cold weather looking out over mountain. We really enjoyed our family stay.

Love our stay!

I had a great time with my sons and their friends celebrating New Years 2023. The cabin was beautiful and it did have enough room and space for my family, the only thing I was not happy about it was the cleaning. When we got to the cabin the bathrooms were not 100% cleaned so I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect for our stay. Besides that we loved the location and we had a great time with our children.

Convenient location

We were in Gatlinburg for the Kohl's Kicking Camp at Rocky Top Sports Complex. This location was very convenient. It was nice to be able to get to the complex without having to go through Gatlinburg. We were disappointed that there was no place to gather on the main floor/kitchen area. There was only a small sofa. We wound up trying to sit around the dining room table which was not very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and carpeted which made things a bit tricky for older family members. Also, I guess we have been spoiled by other VRBO hosts from our previous stays in Gatlinburg who had made their places more welcoming upon arrival with small amounts of coffee or small baskets of snacks. Overall it was a clean and convenient location.
