This Gorgeous Penthouse condo is right next door to Silver Dollar City, and only minutes from Indian Point Public Access. The location is great with many restaurant choices and shopping most within about 15 minutes.
This 2 bed and 2 bath condo is perfect for your family of up to 8. wanting a great vacation home next to Americas most loved theme park! Enjoy your private top floor balcony while listening to boats on the water, the train whistles, and the roller coaster sounds from Silver Dollar City. The 180-degree views of Table Rock Lake, SDC, and Ozark mountains are just one of the amazing things about this property. The grilling area, fire pit, and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) with scenic views, make this one of our favorite places to hang out. A fully functional kitchen and necessary cooking supplies. So many updates to list but a few items are: carpeting replaced in the fall of 2022, all the hardwood flooring replaced in the Spring of 2023, and new sleeper sofa, sitting chair, and the addition of a small desk in the winter of 2023. We have tried to think of everything you might need while on vacation, and have it at your disposal.

There is a pack-n-play if you have an infant, and beds / sleeper sofa to sleep 8.

We loved the location, cleanliness, and comfortability of our stay! Craig was an exceptional host, answering our questions promptly and allowing us to adjust our check in time when we arrived as we traveled 18 hours to be here. This was an extremely quiet and peaceful vacation, just what we needed! Being pet friendly was the cherry on top of our ideal family vacation. Would highly recommend!

The condo was as described. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can definitely see three of the roller coasters from Silver Dollar City operating. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an ice maker. The host provided K-cup coffee, hot chocolate and sleepy time tea. We had a very relaxing stay and we will book with this host again.

View is spectacular! The proximity to Silver Dollar City was incredible. The condo was clean and spacious. We had a group of 7 and a dog and had plenty room for everyone. We will definitely be back.
