The newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath condo has an open floor plan, floor to ceiling wall of sliding doors, wood floors, high end cabinets and appliances, tall ceilings, fireplace, and a one-car enclosed garage with extra storage. The kitchen has large refrigerator, microwave, wine refrigerator, and large stainless-steel sink with disposal. Master has a king bed, desk with file cabinets for those "working from home", plenty of closet space, and a seating area. The master bath has a walk-in shower. This is our family condo that is owned by my wife, son, daughter-in-law and me. While we are new to VRBO for this listing, I previously rented our house at 120 Fifth Ave S in Old Naples (VRBO #249987) so we are familiar with what it takes to make a property a nice rental for our guests
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
If you are looking for something close to the beach (60 steps) and also close to Fifth Ave S (2.3 miles) and Thirds Street S (3.1 miles) this is the perfect unit. Two large bedrooms and beautiful baths with large windows and lots of sunlight. Also this condo is located in Indies West just south of Doctors Pass with water on three sides of the property (Gulf of Mexico, Doctors Pass, and Moorings Bay). Indies West also has a recently remodeled clubhouse with full kitchen and a large pool area. The other residents are really friendly!
