This property was perfect for what we needed. It was stocked with basic supplies (which was unexpected). Everything was clean and organized. Communication with the property owners was fantastic. We would stay here again!

Spring break multi families

We loved the location and easy it was to get to Disney parks and Universal. We took an unplanned trip to Wekiwa Springs and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something other than amusement parks.

Christmas Family Vacation

We stayed at this location with 5 kids ages 8-17 and 5 adults and the house was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was beautiful and exactly as described. John and Anna were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved how close the house was to Disney and will stay here again.

Fabulous home

The house was amazing and so convenient for Disney. The owners were always very prompt to answer any questions and support us in any way they could. The pool was divine, especially after a day out in the heat. We were a group of 9 ranging from 4 to 68 and all enjoyed ourselves. The beds were massive and extremely comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Great Vacation Villa for Families

We were very happy with this vacation home. From booking to organizing to checking in, the owners were responsive and pleasant to deal with. The home is large enough that our 3 families could spread out and be comfortable and the location is close to Disney parks, restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the playground in the community and the private pool in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Some of the family room furniture is a bit worn but very comfortable. The upstairs tended to be warmer than the downstairs but using the fans, which were in every bedroom, helped. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks John and Anna!

Calm away from the storm

Very relaxed home with comfortable spaces for family. Two den areas with big comfortable sofas. The only bedroom downstairs was the one queen bed. Two en suite king bedrooms upstairs, one king bedroom. Two double twin bedrooms upstairs'; Mickey and frozen. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at the parks. Well stocked kitchen. Two pack n plays, two high chairs, several twin railings in closet upstairs. MBR walk in closet big enough to fit a pack n play. Clubhouse pool was lots of fun for the kids. Great location! Walmart and chik filet close by.

Overall a nice place.

The property was nice and spacious. It offered plenty of room for our family of 10. The beds were very comfortable. The house was mostly clean. The shower heads in two of the bathrooms had mildew on them. Unfortunately, the AC was preprogrammed and could not be adjusted. This left it a little warm at times. This was not noted in the booking agreement. Owner Profit/expense over guest comfort.

Amazing time

The proprerty was exactly as advertised. We had two families, totalling 9 people and there was room for more. This was our second trip to Windsor Hills, and we have had a fantastic and unique experience each time. It was a very smooth experience from start to finish. The owners are very friendly, helpful, responsive, and accommodating to a few questions we had. The community is fantastic for families with a few playgrounds and the waterpark within a short walk. There was some baby gear at the house, which made packing much easier (high chairs, pack n' plays, strollers, etc). The pool and hot tub attached to the house were so much fun for both the adults and kids. Helpful tip... We took a day trip to Cocoa beach (pier) on the Atlantic side, and it was well worth the 1hr drive for a fun beach day.

The property area was very nice, house temperature should have been listed online. They wanted it to be 74 , the game room air conditioner was on a timer so we did not use it much because it wasn’t cool out there. The humidity in the house was high. The pool we had heated but wasn’t worth the money, it was on a timer as well and didn’t get warm enough to pay the extra money for that. With some updates it would be a great rental

Sun, Sand and Surf Vacation

Many things to love about this home - location to Disney, location to the Gulf and location to the Atlantic....we did it all! John and Anna were quick to respond with questions we had, though I would recommend all paperwork is in order prior to your trip! Kids loved the community pool and waterpark. Weather was 75-85 degrees in mid-February while it was -30 degrees back home in WI! Areas to improve: the house needs a good thorough cleaning and/or new carpet and fresh coat of paint, we could have used face cloths/rags for the bathroom, there was no laundry detergent or dish soap so we provided and left that there. Learning the buttons for the front door and sliding pool door alarms took us a good day but we all understood the necessity. Kitchen items were greatly appreciated, including the tea kettle that my MIL used daily. Overall a fabulous getaway!

Beautiful home, great pool/spa!

This was a beautiful home, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and loved the extras. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Game room was nice extra! Beds were comfy which is important to me. Was quiet and perfect for RunDisney stay. There was an air fryer & coffee maker for k cups, both were a big help! We like coffee/breakfast before heading out to the parks saves some money and time. The kitchen was immaculate on arrival, house very,very, clean, much cleaner than other rentals we have stayed at. The pool /spa were beautiful and the heat was awesome which we have found to be an issue at other homes. When you are done with all that Disney walking the warm spa is great for the muscles. Would 100% rent this home again. We did use the resort pool and water slides one day, that was fun, but we really preferred coming back to the home and having our own pool and spa most nights. But resort really has lots for the kids. Windsor Hills is super close to Disney, lots of places to eat out, and close to Walmart, Publix, Target. We did have a Walmart delivery which was super convenient and pizza delivery by Flippers which was great. I do wish the internet was a little faster, but it's adequate for Netflix etc so not a major issue. I look forward to staying here again. Will def look for this home for future stays. Thanks for the hospitality! Security made us feel safe and welcomed, appreciated gated and sevure complex.

Fantastic Place to stay...

Three words can best describe this property...FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC. This property is brand new, fully furnished (including plastic cutlery for our kids), plasma TV's throughout the home, and lots of room for the kids to roam. This home even came with a games room, complete with Air Hockey, and a Nintendo Wii! The layout was excellent, including a bedroom/bathroom on the main floor for folks that have problems with stairs. The home was spotless, and any questions we had about the home was answered immediately. It even included free long distance within US and Canada, as we were able to keep in touch at home. It is located in a gated community, with two playgrounds within a 5 minute walking distance, and a community heated pool, complete with a slide. Upon arrival, the security guard will ask for your ID before he issues you a parking permit. Keep it handy as you will need it to enter. You can use the pool at the house, but the heater has to be on at this time of the year. The main highway in the area, I 192, is less than 5 minutes away driving, filled with shops and restaurants. There is even a supermarket less than 10 minutes away - recommed going to the grocery and stocking up the kitchen - it can get expensive eating out. The fully furnished kitchen makes it possible, even though you may not want to cook on your holidays. Disney is less than 10 minutes away. I would reommend this property to any family that is staying in Kissimmee...consider sharing with a couple of families to keep the cost down. There is lots of room for everyone to have their own little spot in Florida...enjoy!

Familiar location. Some neiborhood changes since last year, but overall great. Kitchen has all needed. Concerns only related to no barrier on stairway top or bottom for toddlers, limited parking, some small appliances were not clean, toilets appeared to need deep cleaning, shower doors are restrictive to bathe toddlers. But very nice for adults. Host couple very responsive to text messages and ability to assist from afar.

Fantastic family get away.

The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 8 adults comfortably. The bedrooms were large and the main floor was open which allowed us to gather as a group, yet provided each couple their own space. The pool was perfect for the end of the day relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed for our weeks stay, The proximaty of the house to all the Disney parks was between 8-15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this property and would book a stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this house! The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room for everyone in our party. The house is clean, it is exactly as pictured, and the location is great for going to amusement parks and golf courses. We really enjoyed our stay.
