Newly Built Home with Swimming Pool and Hot Tub!

Brand new home with amazing views of Lake Powell. The home has all upgraded Thermador appliances. All bedrooms provide en-suite facilities. The Master bathroom provides an oversized bathtub with an adjacent open walk-in shower and 2 vanities with individual sinks. Large open kitchen, dining and living room. Oversized garage perfect for parking boat/boat trailer and vehicle.

You can adventure out just a few steps from the house to the Rim View Trail and Grandview Overlook. Close to restaurants and shopping. Approximately 2 miles to town center. The Grand Canyon and several other National Parks are just a 2 hour drive away...an easy day trip.

Enjoy swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or laying in the sun all while viewing the magnificent landscapes only seen at Lake Powell.

This house will definitely make your stay in the area memorable.

Beautiful home with great views. Just a family of three to visit the lake. We come 3-4 times a year and have never found a house up there that we love; we found one. We will be coming back next year for sure.

Great home for family vacation

We had 9 people (6 adults, 1 teenager, 2 small kids) and this home fit us perfectly. The house is perfectly located to get to the State Line boat launch (rented a boat and jet ski from AZ Power Toys) and also to the Safeway grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Awesome view off the pool deck. The bonus kids/play room was great for late night ping-pong. The owner was very responsive via texts. Would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation.

Paradise With A View

We had an incredible stay at our VRBO rental! The house was stunning and comfortably fit our whole family, providing ample space for everyone. The breathtaking views of Lake Powell were the highlight of our trip, and we loved relaxing by the gorgeous pool and hot tub. The property manager was fantastic to work with, making the whole experience seamless. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable getaway! Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. Each individual family had their own bathroom attached to their bedroom. Kitchen was large and well stocked. We cooked a few of our meals at the house. The pool was a must-have in the triple digits temperatures. View of the lake was lovely. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Page area.

Perfect location for sunrise and sunsets overlooking Antelope Island

Page Days

This is a great property - will suited for large family groups. The house and facilities are all that is needed and more. The location is wonderful - walk out the back yard and hike for as long as you would like - seeing great sights, finding cool rocks, some scat, but animals are few and far between.

Vacay after conference

We had 4 couples that came from a conference in LV to visit and hike around Lake Powell. The home was perfect for us, we all had our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was stunning! Can see lake powell from the back windows. It was cold while we were there, so only one of us used the hot tub. It was nice to have the options to swim or soak in the hot tub after our hikes. The home was well stocked - had everything we needed - from towels to pans. We even prepared some meals at the home. We would highly recommend this place.from the back windows

Beautiful view, spacious house & new hot tub

This house surpassed all of our expectations. We were visiting Antelope Canyon and the Page area with friends and this house was perfect in every way. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and there was plenty of living space and private space. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The kitchen is also well stocked with spices, condiments, olive oil, etc so we cooked breakfast and lunch every day. Deedee answered all questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Little piece of heaven

This house was even better than we had anticipated!! From the great garage with bonus room to each bedroom with its own bathroom everyone had a place of their own to retreat to after a long day of exploring! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the views breathtaking! We miss it already-thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Disappointing

Check in, neighbor hood, and view were good. Started with brick that had fallen off front of house. Inside was cleaned ok but many spider webs, and a lot of beetle looking water bugs throughout the house. We have had homes in Fl and Az and know that bugs can be a nuisance, however it is evident this house needs to be professionally treated. There was a lot of construction mess for a home that has had reviews for the last year so which is what we based our home selection on. The missing hot tub was a disappointment. While it is unavoidable people unfamiliar with pools and their equipment will find themselves swimming in daily red dirt. The house could be a nice vacation home if it was better maintained. For the price, and the work needed, would not rent this home again

Amazing House

We had a great stay at this property! The house is perfect for large groups. The view from the back porch is stunning. There are easy walking trails accessible right behind the house. We were about five minutes from the nearest grocery store/gas station. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. Overall, amazing experience!

Girls getaway

Beautiful home with amazing views and hiking just outside the door. 5-15 min from downtown Page, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and Antelope marina. Hot tub and pool perfectly situated in the back yard overlooking lake Powell. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home Base

Our family stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend 2023. We wanted a place to stay in Page so that we could relax but also enjoy Lake Powell and the surrounding area. The huge garage allowed us to store our boat indoors, which was great as we had a massive thunderstorm during our stay. The pool and hot tub were relaxing with a picture-perfect view of Lake Powell and Arizona’s high desert landscape. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook and serve food quickly and easily. Deedee was accessible, responsive and accommodating. We had a great time

Top of the line everything

This property features top of the line appliances, furnishings, location, view, etc. We were in awe walking in the first time. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay here more. Particularly liked the trail access right off the back of the house. Perfect for pre-dawn walks and sunset exploration. Photos in the listing don't do justice to the views.
