If peace and tranquility - in addition to fabulous beach days - are on your rental wish list, this townhome provides all. Totally updated two bedroom, three bath townhome in The Greens, a small quiet complex in Shipyard. This gorgeous unit features two charming bedrooms with super comfy mattresses, fully renovated bathrooms, generous seating in the living room area and a well-stocked kitchen – should you really want to prepare a gourmet meal while you’re on vacay.

Best of all, it’s an 8 minute walk to the beach (well, maybe 10 minutes if you slowly stroll to take in the beauty of the tree lined sidewalk to the sand). For your recreational enjoyment, bikes and beach equipment packages are available at most reasonable rates. Shipyard has miles of scenic biking and hiking trails, as does all Hilton Head. If you want to swing a racket, the Van der Meer Tennis courts are just across the street. But we would be truly remiss if we did not call attention to the game of golf, which may be Hilton Head Island’s primary claim to fame. The island and environs feature more than 20 world class golf courses, one which winds its way past our townhome. Enjoy a libation on the deck (with new BBQ grill) while enjoying the view of the fairway.

Hilton Head is also home to over 200 restaurants. Not only do we have the best pizza place on the island just down the road (we are somewhat prejudiced) but multiple dining establishments are nearby for a variety of just superb good eatin.’ Y’all come!

We had a great stay. Great location to the beach that you can walk to. The owner was very responsive with all communication. The only thing that we would have like to had was a larger skillet.

Nice location, easy walk to the beach

The condo was nice, clean, and in a great area. The community pool had half sun and half shade which was perfect. Nice families also renting in the area. Condo was nice and worth the price being charged.

Relaxing Holiday Weekend

Relaxing stay in nicely updated condo. It had every thing you needed. Enjoyed Morning coffee on the deck watching nature. The property is located within walking distance to beach access.

The property was exactly like pictures. It was very comfortable and cheery. The open floor plan made it feel even bigger. Nice size kitchen. We were very pleased with everything and would stay at this location again.

Wonderful location and property.

Lovely home and property. Close to the beach and a short distance to anywhere on the island. Very friendly hosts. If you go shopping for groceries pick up ziploc bags or foil for leftovers. Otherwise we had everything we needed.

Townhouse was fine for our week stay. It had basic necessities, was clean and adequate. Nothing fancy or special. Had a small problem with wifi but property manager helped us through it.

The place was nice and close to the beach. The living room furniture could stand to be a little more comfortable. There was barely any cloth storage , but we usually don’t pack much. The housekeeping showed up two hours early on checkout day, but other than that we enjoyed it.

A last minute reservation and was not disappointed. Niceley decorated, clean, and good location . The only downside, which is of no reflection to the owner, the parking can be a bit tricky. No assigned space so had to tote our luggage and items over from a parking spot in the building across the way.

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing time at your condo. It was a truly beautiful place and it came with everything we needed for everyday living. The short walk to the beach and golf course made it a prime location. An added bonus for us was the proximity to our parents home a few doors away. We tried to book it again for next April, but unfortunately it was already taken. We will certainly try to book it again in the future. Thank you for help making our vacation perfect. Living room furniture was a little uncomfortable. Upstairs bedrooms a bit cramped. Bathroom facilities very good. Speed bumps on road into the unit very rough. Overall property is ok for short term rental.

A Great Stay for a Getaway

Perfect size condo for our family. It was very clean and we LOVED the size of the kitchen, which had a great starter set of items to hold us over until we could get to the store. The location of the condo in conjunction to the beach is great - we were able to take a short walk to and from, it was nice not having to worry about parking with the crowds! Check in process was seamless. It was very refreshing to have a place that when they say “If your condo is ready early on day of arrival, we will let you know” they meant it. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you for allowing us to make great family memories here - we look forward to our next visit soon!

Nice Unit

Both beds very comfy and very clean. Surprised not a box of tissues in the condo. Unfortunately, the young people staying in the unit next to us were drunk, party people so we had to leave the day before we were supposed to. This is not the unit's fault...just our karma for the week. The only negative would be the walls are thin!

Not a bad stay, just had bare minimum

My family has stayed at the Greens for many, many years in different condo locations. This was similar to those times, but this specific location had the bare minimum, especially in the kitchen. The photos make the unit look like it has a Keurig—it did not. Not a huge deal. But there were very little pots and pans, bowls, and useful items when it came to the kitchen, so keep that in mind if you want to cook a lot. Some items were sticky from the previous tenants and we even found food underneath the recliner from previous tenants. None of these things were deal breakers, just not what we were used to staying here. It got the job done, there was enough space for us all and the location is always great. Would recommend, just be prepared to have to shop for some things you may need!

Beautiful villa

Overall, this villa was really nice. The location to the beach was perfect and it was close to all of our favorite restaurants. When we wanted to go off the island, it was convenient to the cross island parkway where traffic is always light. There was no blender in the unit so I called and a brand new one was delivered the next morning. That was service! Things that could be improved were the half bath on the lower level. It should have been upgraded with new flooring and fixtures when the kitchen was upgraded. It’s so much more appealing to have consistent floors and fixtures on the same level so the very outdated half bath made no sense to me. In the second bedroom upstairs, make the alcove with the slanted ceiling into a closet. I think there’s plenty of room to hang a rod on the right where the slant isn’t so steep. Shelving on the left would complete the closet for guest storage. Fortunately, it was just my spouse and I that stayed but had another couple joined us, where would they put their clothes??

Kind of pitiful. Even the ceilings were only 7’ tall in the bedrooms. Very spartan kitchen utensils. The bed took up about 90% of the room. The shampoo and conditioner were gross…kind of like they were years old. A salt shaker was the only spice. One of the “Nightstands” in the MBR was really a dresser that was about 3 feet higher than the bed.

The property recently had a second bed/bath added but we rented the condo as a one bedroom so did not use and will only speak the what we used. The condo was very clean and updated. The decor was pleasant. The primary bedrooms king bed was I believe a pillow top mattress. Much too soft for me but my preference is for a firm mattress. En suite was small, one sink ( my preference would be two) but clean and workable. Kitchen works for one person at a time but had what was needed. I was a little disappointed that the tv package didn’t include the golf channel but hardly a reason not to rent. Overall a lovely time.

Enjoyed my stay

Nice smaller property with one bedroom, nice location near the beach, tennis and golf, I was solo, but feel that a couple w/o kids would be happy there too. Probably would not work for more than two people or couple with kids.

Hilton Head trip!

We chose this location in Shipyard due to location to golf, the beach and the bike trails. All are right there! It's a quiet area as well. The property was just the right size for the 2 of us. Since we were coming from California, we were very dependent on what the property offered in the way of amenities. Beach chairs were available to us as and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. Someone should take an inventory of the kitchen. Really a lot of unnecessary souvenir cups etc. Would have liked to have had potholders and some paper plates. Get some new kitchen and doormats they were all pretty worn out and send a mixed message as to the guests as to the care of the property. The bikes were unusable, both had flat tires so that needs to be taken care of. It would have been nice to have had beach towels as well. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Beautiful remote location

This townhouse style property provided for a very enjoyable stay for my fiancé and I. The open concept downstairs was very homey, and the kitchen was stocked with the basic things we needed. The large bed was extremely comfortable and convenient to the en-suite bathroom. The condo was equipped with bikes and beach chairs, which was a nice addition. You can enjoy sitting on the front porch or the back porch area overlooking the golf course. It’s conveniently located beside the pool, and not a far commute to the beach or local restaurants and shops. Such a great place, we will definitely check for this condo next time we book on the island.
