Bienvenue dans notre petit coin de paradis !! Le 120 The Greens est une villa de deux étages, 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain, idéalement située à 7 minutes à pied de la plage de sable blanc de Shipyard Plantation. Des portes à double vitrage s'ouvrent sur un pont arrière privé qui surplombe le green n ° 6 du parcours de golf Galleon du chantier naval. La villa est située juste en face du célèbre complexe de tennis Van Der Meer et du complexe haut de gamme Sonesta. Spacieuse piscine communautaire Greens est située à 2 minutes à pied de la villa.

Le premier étage de notre propriété non-fumeur comprend une demi-salle de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas donnant sur des espaces de salle à manger et de vie supplémentaires. Le salon a une télévision à écran plat, DVD, collection de DVD et câble. Reine dormeuse. A l'étage abrite la grande chambre principale avec lit queen-size avec matelas mis à jour, TV écran plat / DVD, dressing et salle de bain complète en suite. À l'extrémité opposée du couloir se trouve la deuxième salle de bain complète et la chambre d'amis avec deux lits jumeaux, une télévision à écran plat et un placard double. La buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur est également située à cet étage. Propriété équipée de porta-berceau, chaise haute et porte bébé. Cette villa dispose également d'un accès Internet haut débit DSL. 6 couchages.

Great stay at 120 Greens in Shipyard

My husband and I spent 3 nights here over Memorial Weekend. The condo was super clean, spacious, nicely furnished and centrally located. The property owner communicated all details in a clear manner and reached out to us during our stay to make sure there were no issues. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Great Villa for our family!

We enjoyed our stay at The Greens. Great location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We had a question and the owner was very quick to respond. Great condo for kids, had toys with a washer and dryer. Master closet was big enough for a pack and play. Highly recommend!

Love this place!

I have stayed at 120 The Greens many times and have never been disappointed! Everything we need is provided, the kitchen is very well stocked, the linens are great and the short walk to the pool and the beach makes it such an enjoyable place to experience Hilton Head! It is always so clean and welcoming! We love that bikes are provided since we love riding all the bike trails. A wonderful place to relax, read and get some sand in our toes!!!

Excellent experience!

We had wonderful weekend. This was our first time taking Harper twin daughters to the beach it was a wonderful experience. Communication and coordination with the owner is simple and straightforward and we had no issues. The Villa is comfortable and well stocked for all your needs. We hope to come visit again someday.

2025 Hilton Head Trip

This property is very, vey nice. It has all the things needed for a vacation getaway and the walk to the beach is not long. Having said this, I cannot give the stay a 5-star rating as we experienced some maintenance issues during our stay that need addressed by the property owner. I’m not going to list them here as I will address directly with the property owner to allow her to quickly resolve.
