AMAZING NORRIS LAKE HOUSE WITH DOCK

You have to see this place. It’s the perfect place for your group or family. 3 level house on the water with its own covered dock. Come swim, boat, or fish in the lake. Afterwards relax by the hot tub or on one of the 3 huge decks overlooking the water.
Note: The house has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. With that view comes about 90 steps from the top floor all the way down to the water.

This house was perfect for our group's stay on the lake! It was very clean, well stocked, and spacious. The host was also very communicative and helpful! I think the lake was unusually low during our stay, but getting down to the dock felt a bit treacherous at times - this is a problem for pretty much all the houses on this side of Flat Hollow (not just this one), so just an FYI to be careful and make sure you're prepared to go down lots of steps to get to the dock.We've stayed in a number of houses in Flat Hollow, and this is definitely one of the nicer ones we've stayed in! We'd recommend and hope to return sometime.

We have a fantasy football get together every year. Just need a place to eat well sleep well and draft our teams. All 3 went well. So we all were happy.

The house was nice. Unfortunately it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived which was a miscommunication, but the cleaners showed up quickly and cleaned very well! Thanks for letting us stay here!

Perfect lake house to host any type of gathering- marina down the street has the rentals that you then can dock at the house if necessary - owner always responds in timely fashion and ready to assist with any questions or concerns may have - would recommend if looking to host a large gathering on Lake Norris

Great family vacation

Home was roomy and lots of space for everyone to congregate and also spread out. Had a few issues with appliances but lots of dishes for a big group. Pots and pans not the best if you want to cook. Towels pretty ragged and we found them in the dryer. None in the bathrooms. House a little worn but big. Lots of beds for a big group but some not so comfortable. Lots of outside deck space and tables and chairs! Loved the workout room. Didn’t love the location on the lake with ten minute no wake drive. Parking is minimal if you have more than two cars. Steep driveway. Owner was great to respond to messages.

Great location

The trip was great. The house was at a great location and a great area to swim. Lots of stairs but we made sure to bring a cooler down to the dock to limit the amount of time going back and forth. It would have been nice to have more chair options down at the dock to lay out. Close to the marina which has activities in the evening. I would go back again.

Great Home In A Perfect Location

We had an amazing time at this property! So much room to spread out and a beautiful cove to swim in right off the dock. I highly recommend this home! It was clean and had everything we needed. Owners gave us full use of their paddle board, kayaks, and floats. The home was beautiful and the multi layers allow for quiet if you need to get away from the group. We rented a double decker pontoon from flat hollow marina which is right down the road. The owner was great and quick to respond if we would have needed anything! Great vacation!

Great house for multiple families

There are 4 levels of this property, so there are stairs you'll have to go up and down. There are also multiple flights to get down to the dock. With that said, what else do you expect at Norris Lake? The house itself is perfect for multiple families. We had 3 separate families and a set of grandparents. The house does show some use by the families that stay there, but that should be expected for a big house like this. The floors are very well insulated from one another, which was a pleasant surprise. The dock is perfect for swimming off of, it's a very quiet cove. And a great place to keep your boat. I will say that we did have a clogged toilet in one bathroom, it was the lowest level which required a pump that was clogged so that it worked. While that was less than ideal, management was incredibly responsive. They sent out a team to empty the septic. When that didn't work, they sent plumbers to diagnose and replace the pump. All through this, management was very communicative and did what they could to help out. It didn't hamper our stay that much, everyone had a great time. House was pretty clean, well stocked. I would recommend this for multiple families, it's good to split up levels so people have their own space but can easily congregate on the main levels and the decks.

Great location

Great location but parking is a little tricky but more parking is available down the road. The walk way to the dock had moved and you had to walk on 1 side and be really careful or it would tip over. The water float was moldy. The house was very nice and spacious enough room for everyone. Laundry was left in the washer and dryer so we finished it. Wasp nest above grill but that is normal for the area I guess. Grills might need to be replaced. Some lights were out in the bathrooms and the shower curtain on the middle level has mold on it. Dirty sheets and pillows were in the closet. The home was very clean just needed a Keurig and would have been perfect, thankfully we brought our own. New owners were very helpful and I would rent again. The outside picnic table needs a cleaning.

Hendrick family 2021 stay

We had a wonderful time at the lake this weekend. My family of four, my parents, two sisters, niece, and brother in law all stayed. The layout was a lot of fun as we could do different things on different levels. We rented a boat one day and floated off the dock another. The stairs were alot but we anticipated that, and now have very toned calf muscles. Would absolutely stay again we had a great weekend and the property was perfect.

Father’s Day week

Rental was very seamless. The property does need some updates but it is easy to see that the new owners are investing in it. Only downfall was 90+ steps down to the slips.

Great rental

The house was very clean and spacious. Hot tub and various decks were great. Lots of steps down to the dock but we expected that from the photos. Quiet cove to swim in. Property manager was quick to answer questions before and during the trip. Would recommend.
