Located in the popular Sunday Villas just off of 11th St. Swimming Pool. Dogs OK.

Essential Beach House in The Sunday Villas
Come relax and enjoy this unique 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Round House in Sunday Villas.
It is directly across from the pool, and within walking distance of the beach. This house is fully stocked with all the amenities from home.
We are located on the Trolley route, where you can take a ride around town. Come stay and enjoy this great house.

SLEEPS 8 AND DOGS WELCOME
Nice deck area with great view of the pool
King Bed and full Bath in the first bedroom upstairs
Queen bed and bunk bed in Second Bedroom, with hall bathroom upstairs
Comfy sectional couch in Living Room with flat panel TV and standard Cable
Downstairs "Bunk room" has a bunk bed with double over double. There is a flat panel TV with standard cable. A unique interior spiral staircase gains access to the upstairs. There is also an outside entry for easy access. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a laundry room on this level.
Fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances
Fully stocked with all Linens, no maid service is provided.
Community Pool with outdoor shower
Barbecue Grill
Outside sink for shell or fish cleaning.

When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance. The pet fee is $75 per dog, 2 dogs max. We accept all size dogs.
This is a self-catering property. We give you a startup supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check-in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon checking in. NO Exceptions.
No large groups or loud parties are allowed.

This property is managed by Beachcomber Vacation Rentals.

Monthly reservations are not available.

Our grandkids really enjoyed the house and the bunk beds! They had fun in the beach and the pool! Excellent trip!

Family Vacay

We have stayed at a few of the Sunday Villa Rentals. As far as this rental it wasn’t very clean. There were dead and live roaches. The intake to the a/c unit was full of hair human and animal. The floors were not clean. The beds were comfortable. And the location was good. The pool was clean.

Check in and check out were super easy and Melissa was super friendly! as well as access to the WiFi and internet worked really well. The kitchen had all appliances we really needed, but the pots, pans cookie sheets were in really bad shape, could use some new items, as well as an updated kitchen table an the starter kit of dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels was all messed up because the soap leaked all over them. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware which was great! The couch and chairs inside were super comfortable but definitely need a good cleaning (drapes in living room kept sun out but again very old . beds were super comfortable but comforters, pillows need a good clean or updated., dresser drawers didn’t close all the way or drawers would fall when opened. Lots of towels and showers were good. Not really sure what the cleaning people do,,, we had to clean all counters, stove ,sink, shake out blankets, before using. Loved the balcony and downstairs eating area!!! Right by the pool which was nice. but also really needs updating. Some new paint on the railing and table. Most of the tall outdoor chairs were wobbly and scary to sit in . Little grass area great for the dogs and plenty of parking for 2 regular size cars and a golf cart. Overall a good stay, again just needs lots of updating and a good deep cleaning. Make sure to bring::: dish soap, paper towels , toilet paper, dishwasher soap cause you can’t count on the “starter kit” they say you will have.

Island stay

Great property in a very nice neighborhood. Within very short distance from all activities and shops on the island. Bonus that we were able to also take our fur babies with us to this one.

Essential Beach

We like the property, however the Villa was not as well kept as others I've been in. In addition, the Villa needs to be exterminated. Killed a few some roaches and one big flying one got away.
