This 3BR/2BA beach house sleeps 10 comfortably, offers 2 living areas, a private pool, outdoor dining and living space. Welcome to Laid Back Lime. This beautiful, almost 1400 sq. ft. beach home is located in Fisherman's Cove, right off of Station St. This well known area is first spotted due to its many colorful beach houses on a dead end street (great for kids who bring their bikes or for walks). The other great feature is the sunset view over your back fence. No back neighbor.

It's near the beach but not walkable to the beach comfortably if you want to pack beach bags, chairs, etc. Most guests rent a golf cart as Laid Back Lime Is in the golf cart zone! Easily cart to the beach, shopping, dining, and entertaining.

The bright green color will let you know you have arrived at your perfect vacation destination! Head upstairs, or immediately go through the gate and jump in the pool or lounge on the outdoor sofa, or enjoy snacks and drinks at your oversized picnic table.

Upstairs, you'll walk into a large common area with 2 living spaces...1 offers an oversized sectional sofa, large screen TV and side chairs. The other is right off of the dining area with a sleeper sofa. Great for different groups to lounge throughout this space without feeling crowded!

Laid Back Lime has a large dining table and chairs as well as bar seating - perfect space for 10! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine! Head down the hallway and you'll have a washer and dryer for guest use.

The 3 bedrooms offer guests: 1 King Suite with private bathroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Bunk Room with a full bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. There is a 2nd hall/guest bathroom as well. Each room has a TV and closet.

Guests will enjoy a great day at the beach and/or fishing and will enjoy coming back to Laid Back Lime.

- Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
- The pool at this home is equipped with a pool warmer that raises the water temperature by approximately 20 degrees above the outdoor temperature. We cannot guarantee a specific temperature for the pool.
- The pool warmer is complimentary and is available from October 1 to April 30.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

- Boat parking and golf cart parking are allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
