Dreaming of the perfect getaway? This beautiful condo makes your stay comfortable & relaxing! Enjoy sunset views from this second floor unit at Maravilla's Jewell By The Sea. We are offering HUGE discounts while construction is being done outside of the units in this area. The Maravilla and Jewell by the Sea is great even with construction nearby! This spacious 1 bedroom condo actually sleeps 6 guests with extra arrangements including built-in bunk beds and a pull-out couch. Jewell By The Sea offers guests a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. A large walk-in shower will await you after a long day at the beach, along with other amenities to make your stay carefree, including beach towels! Maravilla has 3 pools, a hot tub, lush landscaping, volleyball area. Cool ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets are just part of the experience. Free WiFi and Direct TV so you can stay as connected as you want. "Jewell By The Sea" is definitely the place to be to kick up your feet and experience the best that Galveston Island has to offer! There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken.

You are welcome to bring a one small pet (under 25 lbs.) (Non-aggressive breeds only.) $100 non-refundable pet fee. GUESTS MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE UPON RESERVATION IF BRINGING A PET. No cats allowed.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent Jewell By The Sea. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

All fees and services are subject to 15% state tax. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.

Beach Time

The place was great. We loved the easy access to the beach and how pet friendly it was. Only disappoint was all the construction happening on the outside of the building and the elevator was out of order.

Cute, well decorated beachy condo. Walking distance to the beach right across the street. Great view! Had a great time and even brought our doggies. Dog park was handy too.

Clean, cute little place by the beach!

We had a great stay! Love that you can see the ocean from this condo, and you can get there with a quick walk across the street. The AC works really well, and the place was super clean. It smelled so nice when we got there. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is also amazing!

Had a great time and relaxation. Place was under construction but nothing annoying. Rooms were updated and fantastic with everything we needed. Bed was so comfy as well and great view of beach from our balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in am or anytime. Nice walk to places as well If you don’t want to drive

Wonderful Visit!

Had a wonderful trip, everything was as expected. There was construction, but it didn’t bother us. Nice to wake up and enjoy your coffee gazing at the ocean. We stayed with our two teenaged and two dogs and had a great time. Thank you!

The condo was cute and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The shower needed some cleaning before we used it, but other than that everything was good.

Great getaway for small family

Super cute & cozy condo for a couple or small family. We very much appreciate pet friendly options that are clean & smell great! Would be nice to have a washer/dryer in unit & to be able to use the balcony, but were made aware it wasn’t available prior to arrival. We enjoyed the pools, beautiful green space on property & ocean view very much!

The view of the gulf of mexico was a wonderful way to wake up each day. The condo was clean but the Wifi didn't work nor the disgwasher along with gym was close the whole week we stayed.

The trip was very enjoyable and if I had time I would plan several times every year at this location. Friendly management onsite an easy parking and access to condo was outstanding. Only upgrade would be a butler to move in and out - carts were available to manage the absence. Beach across the highway - great. If they would put in a ramp on the seawall - I'd say outstanding.
