Fall in love with this incredible cottage w/ beautiful sunset lake view. This cozy cottage is perfect for a couples get away, writer's retreat or to break away and relax. This cottage has one queen bedroom and a sofa bed. Enjoy a bubble bath in oversized tub. Outdoor space w/ dining table, lounge furniture & grill. Enjoy the fire pit & smores. Public dock 1.7 mi away. Pontoon rental upon request.
4 person max>1 pet allowed w/paid pet fee. Need more space? Inquire about 2nd cottage availability.

This cottage is lake view. It does not have direct access to water. Calhoun Hill Public Use Area is 1.7 mi away. This home has good wifi if needed for a work space. Inquire about 2nd cottage availability if needed. Inquire about pontoon boat rental availability.

Cozy Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay here, we only live an hour away so this was just a nice getaway for the weekend to sit back and relax!! Definitely recommend staying here, we will make future plans to revisit for sure!!

Nice home!

Property was very nice perfect for a get away for 2! Wouldn’t recommend if going to fish unless you had a boat but beautiful sights from the yard and relaxing home away from home.

The property was a very nice couples getaway when a storm hit the second day we were there our host was so gracious and took care of all the damage on the deck by the next day amazing.. a very cozy home away from home thank you!

Awesome get-away

My wife and I were taking an anniversary trip and this place was great! We walked in to nice music playing on Alexa and everything was clean and comfortable inside. It also has 3 seating areas outisde: on the deck with padded chairs, on the patio around a gas fire pit, and a wood fire pit in the yard with a string of lights. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend rest

My husband and I simply needed a quiet weekend away to sleep, talk without disruption, not watch cartoons, and recharge... this little cottage provided the perfect atmosphere for that!

Peaceful retreat!

The cabin was just as advertised. I am picky about clean rentals and this cozy cabin did not disappoint. Kelly was awesome! We rented the pontoon and it was a great lake day! Definitely the peaceful, short get-away we needed. The bed was super comfy!

Fun little hideaway.

The cabin interior was super clean and cozy! This was the perfect spot to get off the grid for a couple days, although we still had cellular service and the wifi worked great. ;) The interior layout is very effective for a small(ish) cabin. Perfect for two people.

Cozy cabin

Despite the terrible weather, the yellow cozy cabin by the lake was a perfect reprieve. The home was lovely and quiet. Provided all the amenities we needed to create dinner and breakfast. The home is unique as they kept the original ceiling beam work but updated with all modern appliances, and interior. View is beautiful overlooking the lake. Was able to wake up to a light blanket of snow. Recommend for small families or couples.

Great place, bad timing

The house was great! Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Unfortunately a major wind storm hit on our first morning and the power went out so we left a day early. But the owner was very nice and communicated with us very promptly. Would absolutely return!

Perfect Lakeview Getaway with Exceptional Host in Cadiz

My fiancé and I had an amazing 4th of July weekend at Kelly's cozy cottage in Cadiz, KY. The cottage was comfortable and offered a stunning lakeview that we enjoyed every morning. The peaceful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. Kelly, the host, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local tips. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. We can't wait to come back! Thank you, Kelly, for making our weekend so special!

Wonderful! Highly recommend

The property was just as described and location was wonderful. It was my husband and I for Memorial day weekend and it was a perfect little two bedroom to enjoy the long weekend. The interior looks as if it's just been renovated. The bathroom is wonderful, giant soaker tub which I highly recommend. The outdoor deck was perfect for coffee in the morning, board games in the afternoon and grilling in the evening. Kelly is an incredible host and really thought about all the special details. Things that stood out to me that she leaves for her guests are a s'mores station, all the condiments in the fridge (no need to pack your own like we did), makeup wipes, ibuprofen, laundry stuff...she really thought through all the details! She was incredibly responsive. We also rented her pontoon boat for the day and it was great! Would highly recommend this location and we hope to come back again soon!
