Baseball

Cane out here for a baseball tournament and had an awesome time with my kids. The house was perfect for us and was close to the parks. Spring training facilities, and top golf we drove to. Everything we went to was within 20 minutes of the location. Would definitely stay here again

Simple check in, had everything one needed

Full kitchen, Roku Tv, nice pictures throughout apartment, and the owner was quick to respond. There was one designated parking spot well marked. More suitable for a couple although the couch was fold out. It was a comfy couch alone to sleep on as well. I'd stay here again.

This location was convenient to many things to do in the area (restaurants, activities, parks, etc). The bed was comfortable and the place had a great, simple layout for the price. Very pleasant!

We found this apartment to be very fine for two people
 The kitchen could have been better equipped with more than place settings for four people, because we had to continue dishes
 Even though there were only two of us! No serving dishes or extras meant that something always needed to be washed!

We only needed a couple of nights to move our kids into their college housing. When we hit a couple of unexpected issues with their college, our host was quick to help adjust our accommodation requests. Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Plan to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

Adorable Guest Suite!

This suite is as pretty as the pictures! Extremely neat and clean. Great sound-proofing, as it was very quiet. It was an engineering marvel, equipped with everything in a small footprint. It had a complete kitchen with full-sized fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Kuerig coffee maker. The AC worked perfectly. Thermostat looked brand new. The lock is a sturdy combination lock. The neighborhood is quiet and my husband and I felt very comfortable. We had a convenient designated parking spot in the driveway. Lots of pretty decorative touches.

Wonderful VRBO

We found this rental to be perfect for our stay. It was very clean, kitchen area and utensils were just right, beds (1queen bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper) comfortable and clean. The owner was on call and responded immediately to our needs. The lock to the house was secure. The parking space was in the driveway and this was convenient since there were a lot of other vehicles parked on the street. We enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect for what we needed it for
sleeping :) Nothing fancy, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great as well. Affordable option for the soccer tournament we were in town for.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures!

Very disappointing! The thermostat was locked at 78, it was 80 degrees outside! Ceiling fans blew around the hot air! We were sweating! The kitchen was inadequately supplied!! Beyond all that the back door to the property is locked and the wooden fence is locked! If there was a fire there is only one door! The only option would be to break a window in the bedroom( unsafe) and jump out to a back yard where the wooden fence is locked! You would burn in a ring of fire! I have to believe the fire Marshall would not approve of this! Clearly the owner is interested in money more then the comfort and safety of its quests!! I would not recommend this place!

Great stay!

David was great with communication and check in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and no issues other than two neighbors across the street watching us like hawks as we came and went, but I’m sure they just watch out for the neighborhood and that’s a good thing. The unit was clean and cute and we enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving stay

The place was fine but there were a few issues; there were dirty plates, a dirty cup, the stovetop and coffee machine were not clean, the bathroom mirror had not been cleaned well. The kitchen was light on supplies; no dishwasher soap, only 4 plastic plates, cups, bowls and 4 mugs. No wine glasses or glassware. No serving utensils, serving dishes, bakeware (like a cookie sheet). No washcloths in the bathroom. The bed was comfy. The curtains and shower curtain appeared to be new. It's cute decor. Shower water pressure was great. The TV is Roku only which we weren't familiar with. Couldn't get live broadcast TV with the apps we had.

Beautiful, well-furnished rental!

A weekend stay here was perfect, the property is very close to North Mountain and Shaw Butte Park trails, and only about 5 minutes off of the freeway. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating as well!
