Magnifique cap avec terrasse prÚs des étangs et de l'océan

Cape contemporaine de 2 étages avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon au premier étage. Au premier étage se trouve également une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte. Ordinateur avec wi-fi est situé dans la chambre. Deux autres chambres et une autre salle de bain complÚte sont situées au deuxiÚme étage. Une chambre a un lit queen, l'autre trÚs grande chambre a trois lits jumeaux. Une table de ping-pong est située dans le sous-sol inachevé. Une grande terrasse privée a une douche extérieure, une table en teck avec 6 chaises et un parasol ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz.

Emplacement: CÎté océan de la Route 6. PrÚs du National Seashore et du Great Pond. Sentier pédestre menant à l'étang Duck isolé (environ 20 minutes). Les étangs sont magnifiques pour la baignade pendant les mois d'été et idéaux pour les petits enfants.

Les oreillers et les couvertures sont fournis, mais les clients doivent apporter leurs propres draps et serviettes.

Great location, everything we needed

My wife and our two toddler girls had a wonderful time at this house. The bedrooms were perfect for us, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the deck was spacious and super private - There were even some toys my girls had fun with. But in the cape, the best part is always the outdoor shower for me. This one is right on the deck so it's also very convenient. The house is also only 1.5 miles from the bike path where you can run or pedal all the way to Dennisport. The house isn't on the ocean, but that gives you the option to venture out to check out all the amazing beaches nearby. Sitting on the back deck at night, surrounded by the trees was just so nice. Michael, the owner was more than accommodating when recommendations were requested. If you go, don't miss Arnold's in Eastham. Perhaps the best fried clams I've ever had!

Beautiful, private, quiet home close to beaches and ponds.

Michael's home was perfect for our family of seven adults. Lots of space inside and out. It is on a quiet street set in a wooded private lot. Everything was comfortable and easy and the back deck was perfect to sit and relax after a day at the beach. Wellfleet has great beaches and a nice downtown area perfect to shop for fresh produce, fish, and groceries. We highly recommend the walk to the duck pond for a refreshing swim. All the Wellfleet beaches were great especially Lecount Hollow for the sand bars. We loved this place for our family and hope to rent again unless our family size increases to over seven. Michael was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you! Kate and Roland

Felt Right At Home

We recently returned from a fabulous two-week vacation at this home. First, I want to commend the owner for his hospitality. From my very first inquiry, the owner was very responsive. Next I want to highlight the pleasant environment both inside and outside this house. The home is set back in the woods on a corner lot. Every room has large windows that look out onto this country-like environment. The windows provided great ventilation on warm days. When the weather got very hot, there were box fans to position in front of each window which cooled the house down quickly. And when things cooled down, we were very appreciative of the extra comforters provided for our use. For us one of the best features of the home was its open layout and comfortable furnishings. When our adult children joined us for one of the weeks, the living and dining areas easily accommodated our group of six. The casual dining table, umbrella table on the deck, and the comfortable living room couch and chairs provided great areas to gather around. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for our family of 6

Our second year at this cottage in the tree's was another hit with our family. Our 3 year old grandchildren think it's Mimi and Pap pap's (our) house. The location couldn't be better, just around the corner from our daughter-in-law's families vacation house. It is so close to ponds and our favorite beaches. We explored new beaches and the seal watching in the early am was spectacular. The host M.S. was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this house.......just not during our week......we may just want to rent it forever.

Family of 6....3 generations

This cottage in the tree's was perfect for our 3 generation family of 6. The twin grandchildren could run and play without the fear of breaking anything. The 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs were perfect for our young family while my husband and I had privacy in the main floor bed and bath. The outside shower was perfect after a day at the beach. The house, the deck the location all perfect. The host answered all our questions in a timely manner. If you have the chance, this is a great house.

Sweet Home, Swell Location!

Our family (Mom, Dad and 3 teenage daughters) has been visiting Welfleet for many years, and this was maybe the best house we've rented yet. A pleasant place to be in between beaches, ponds, biking and other adventures, and very peaceful. We all had great sleeps! Everything was well maintained and easy to use. Hoping to return again.

Perfect location, plenty of space for multiple generations

My family (father, son and daughter-in-law) spent a wonderful week in this spacious house. We loved that the kitchen/eating area/living room were all open, allowing people to pursue their own activities in common space. The deck offered breezes, and the home was well-appointed; we found everything we wanted in a clean, uncluttered space. Convenient to everything but still secluded and quiet, this was a perfect home away from home. The owner, Michael, was helpful with all my questions; one gets the sense he truly cares that renters enjoy the property.

Great Vacation

The cottage location is wonderful and close to many beaches, ponds and town. We spent many days on Newcomb Hollow Beach. The outdoor shower is clean and up on the deck. Very private setting but close to everything. Perfect for a family vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Can't wait to return!

super house and location

May be the best location on the cape with reasonable distances to p town, chatham, and eastham for a perfect beach experience. House is splendid with allowances for privacy, elegant cooking and and relative isolation in a natural setting.

Gorgeous

We spent a wonderful week in the cozy comfort of the house, which is intended for recreation families with children with enough place of femaly dinner and for every body who would like to find a corner to read a book. A quiet place in the woods, in a quarter of an hour walk from the amazing freshwater pond which is enough for the most experienced swimmers and children who do not want to swim, but prefer to frolic in the shallow water. The kitchen is fully equipped, the deck has enough furniture, the house has a lot of storage to keep not only personal belongs but bicycles too. We can Recommend the home owner as a person who cares about people and who comes to the rescue in situations that go beyond the standard relationship between landlord and tenant.

July in Wellfleet

This house in perfectly located with an unusual number of options to get where you are going without having trouble w Route 6. Its a lovely, quiet, private setting with some nice plantings, a great deck, terrific beds, a well supplied kitchen, lots of open space (no owner nicknacks to remind you it's not yours) and generally top quality furnishings and appliances. Michael runs it well--he responds to e-mailed questions quickly (how does the shower turn on? Duh.) Outdoor shower is better anyway. Wish we were still there.

Wonderful wooded property

Our stay in this property was highlighted by our many walks to Duck Pond. Such a lovely venue for a young or older family to enjoy the best kept secrets of Cape Cod ( freshwater ponds ). The property is clean and quite adaptable to a large family with children. The proximity to Wellfleets many resources makes this a gem for those looking to vacation in the Cape at a very reasonable price.
