This condo is perfect for family/friends that would love be stay under on roof. It has 4-bedroom, 3 -bathroom, sleeps 18, this vacation rental condo will serve as the perfect home base to experience it all! Enjoy lakeside sunsets from the covered balconies or rent a boat to cruise along Lake Hamilton. After each day, look forward to the amenities waiting for you back at the condo like the cozy fireplace, jetted bathtub, chilling on the balcony, playing games or just hanging out.

We had a lovely time at this stay, and we chose it because it had so much sleeping space and was close to Garvan Gardens. For our needs, it was perfect and only about a 5 minute, no hassle drive to see the holiday lights at GWG. It’s also very close to downtown Hot Springs. The condo was modern, very clean, and had plenty of space and rooms for our whole family. I will say the kids room was great, though it is upstairs so for kids under 4 just make sure they are supervised on the stairs or bring a baby gate with you. Great views off the balconies! Our two areas of concern, which were very small, were the lack of parking and an alternate entry door that we really struggled to get locked. The garage door opener was not in the binder as it said, but we eventually found it in a drawer in the laundry room, but then neither clicker would open the garage, leaving parking for only one compact vehicle while the rest of the family had to park in the lot and walk to the condo (just a short walk). I would recommend the owners try and replace the deadbolt in the alternate door to the home that leads to one of the bedrooms, as we almost couldn’t lock it at night and it would have felt unsafe. Or if they do not replace it, perhaps a sign warning guests not to open or unlock that door so that it does not get stuck open! Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend it for family trips with kids and large groups!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this Vrbo! It had everything we were looking for including three bedrooms and an upstairs open bunkhouse room for all of the kids. The balcony was an added plus as well as the garage! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place on lake.

This was a cute, clean and comfortable place right on the water. Plenty of room for my big crew, everyone had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

You can’t get any closer to the water than this.

The location was perfect, offering one of the best views on the point. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and very well-suited for a family stay.However, there were a couple of significant safety concerns. The boardwalk surrounding the point was under construction and completely inaccessible, which posed a serious hazard. Additionally, a portion of the land next to the condo—advertised as usable—had been marked off by someone claiming to be building a new penthouse. Metal stakes were left exposed and sticking out of the ground, which is both dangerous and not up to code.Despite these issues, the condo itself was excellent, and I would recommend it for families—especially if the safety concerns are addressed.

Not quite as pictured

The setting was beautiful. The bed pictured in the photo online was not the bed in the room. The doors were off the closets upstairs and in the master bedroom downstairs. There were no shelves in the refrigerator door. We were sent an email on the day of arrival that the dishwasher was broken . There were no curtains upstairs ( I bought curtains to have a little privacy near the bed where I slept. There was great space in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was centrally located. Overall we had a good stay.

Celebrating Our Mom's 90th Birthday

We had a great time staying at this condo. There were 16 of us (an 8 year old and the rest were adults) and it was so nice to have a bed for everyone. We had 2 dinners together at the condo and all utensils that we needed ware in the kitchen. We enjoyed being together because that doesn't happen so much anymore. We had no complaints and recommend this property.

Wedding weekend

We booked the place for our family to stay during our daughter’s wedding weekend. The accommodations were perfect and the distance to Anthony Chapel was not far at all. The upstairs was wonderful for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Very satisfied with our stay!!!

Great place to stay

We had three couples and 4 daughters stay here for a volleyball tournament. It was perfect. The kids stayed upstairs and had a blast. I couldn’t recommend this condo any higher.
