Welcome to our lovely villa in Le Cannet, a serene oasis that combines luxury, comfort, and elegance.. Tastefully decorated with original art, our villa offers a unique ambiance for a memorable stay on the French Riviera.

Bedrooms:
Each uniquely decorated bedroom is furnished with lovely comfortable beds. The living areas are adorned with original artworks, creating a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere. The house is equipped with a master bathroom with shower and bath and 2 shower rooms and additionally a guest toilet.

Outdoor Amenities:
The villa has a mature garden with a lush lawn and a gorgeous heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Multiple terraces and balconies provide views of Cannes and the surrounding hills, ideal for enjoying breakfasts, dinners, or evening drinks. BBQ and sitting areas are available on both sides of the house, offering versatile outdoor dining options.

Accessibility & Convenience:
An elevator connects the garage to both the ground and top floors, making it convenient for transporting heavy shopping or luggage. The property is fully gated with an electric entrance, ensuring safety and privacy. A minimum of 2 cars can be parked right by villa and access way from gate for more. Alternatively for even additional parking there are spaces on the road outside the gate.

Situated in a prestigious neighbourhood surrounded by lovely villas, our property offers tranquility while being conveniently close to local attractions.There is a beautiful walking path right below the villa (Canal de la Siagne pathway) providing traffic free walks or fjogs overlooking Cannes. Also a short walk from the house you will find the stairs which leads directly to the old village of Le Cannet in about 10 minutes, where you you can explore amazing restaurants, galleries and shops. Just another few steps down you will find the town of Le Cannet itself. It has all amenities and also is home to the famous Musee Bonnard.

Your host is Helle. I am Danish but long time residents in the Czech Republic. Owning a second home on the Cîtes d’Azur is a lifelong dream and Villa Lion is a treasured gem for us. The so convenient location only 25min from the airport and all the activities we could ever wish for: culture, nature and sports makes it perfect holiday and getaway home. My co-host is our wonderful housekeeper Ruby! She is available for meet and greet and for all help needed. She and her lovely husband Alnair keep the house, pool and gardens in top shape.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location near Cannes, yet very tranquil, is perfect. Everything is at the doorstep with just a short drive to all activities. The proximity to Nice airport which is easily reached in 25 minutes is perfect. So is the short drive to Nice town, Monaco or other coastal towns as are the beaches or the nature parks in the back country for outdoor activities all year round.

We try to keep the property in perfect condition! It’s completely without clutter and we hope it feels most of all like a luxury boutique hotel. It also has very pretty architecture and with a beautiful uniquely color tiled pool. We have decorated the house with original art pieces and finds from French vintage shops. The bedrooms are lovely and peaceful with very comfortable beds.
