Une bastide de pierre authentique du XVIIIème siècle, exposée au sud et située dans un domaine de 3 hectares parmi les oliviers avec piscine privée chauffée et une vue imprenable sur la campagne vers la mer (la baie de Cannes).

La propriété mesure 450 m² (4850 pieds carrés) et dispose de 6 chambres spacieuses et bien aménagées, toutes dotées de leur propre salle de bains et de la climatisation. La cuisine d'été s'ouvre sur une terrasse extérieure donnant sur la piscine avec vue sur la mer. Le salon, la salle à manger, les toilettes invités et la buanderie / buanderie se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu’une cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée, Mark Wilkinson (hiver) avec un escalier en colimaçon en chêne menant à la salle de télévision (pouvant également servir de salle de jeux). ). Le salon et les salles à manger s'ouvrent sur une cour typiquement provençale offrant beaucoup d'espace pour les réceptions en plein air et comprenant un terrain de pétanque.

À 2 minutes des commerces de proximité - boulangerie, boucherie, marché aux fruits et légumes, petit supermarché.

5 minutes de Valbonne et 10 minutes des centres-villes de Mougins et de Grasse

20 minutes de la côte - plages de Cap d’Antibes, Juan les Pins et Cannes.

30 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice…. avec un accès facile à Cannes, Antibes, Nice et Monaco.

Activités: Il y a plusieurs terrains de golf et clubs de tennis à proximité; c'est un quartier populaire pour le cyclisme; et il y a beaucoup de randonnée à une courte distance en voiture. Vous trouverez également une sélection de centres de remise en forme à proximité.

Au coeur de la Côte d'Azur, c'était la maison d'un vénérable conducteur italien de course; alors il a été complètement restauré par un journaliste et un auteur de voyage britannique bien connus; et maintenant il est apprécié par une famille internationale.

La maison est idéale pour 2-3 familles, ou jusqu'à 6 couples. Il offre beaucoup d'espace pour les invités à se répartir. Il peut également être utilisé pour des mariages * ou des soirées privées / événements corporatifs. Il existe une place de parking pour plusieurs voitures.

Property absolutely fantastic, Nick was available and very responsive. Located close to markets, shopping, golfing, restaurants and the bakery. Easy drive to Cannes, Valboone, Nice and the airport.

The home was incredible and just what we needed for our group of adults and young kids. The home itself is beautiful and spacious and the pool and yard offered us all many hours of fun. I could have stayed on the property our entire stay but was cajoled into day trips the to the many sites and beaches on the cotes d'azur which are very easy to reach from Nick's place in Grasse (Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat etc.). Nick was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful with recommendations. It was a fantastic stay - I highly recommend it.

Dear Nick and Marc, we had a wonderful week in this great house. It was a perfect vacation for our large family, old and young. The beautiful pool, the wonderful place to eat and grill, the lovingly decorated house, everything was ideal and fit perfectly for us as a large group. Your beautiful home was the highlight of our trip!

Dear Nick, Your beautiful home was the highlight of our trip to France! From the moment the gates opened and we drove up the curving driveway, we were captivated. The blend of the charming old with the comfort and convenience of the new was just perfect. The grounds were breathtaking and so spacious we felt like we were living in a park. The pool and outdoor space begged to be used and enjoyed, and we did. Our family of 14 all had luxurious bedrooms and beds, each with its own modern bathroom. The chefs you suggested added to the convenience and luxury of the entire experience. The only improvement that could have been made was if we had stayed much longer. We have enjoyed a number of well recommended and very comfortable homes in different parts of the world, but our stay at your villa was the most memorable of them all. Ein großartiges Anwesen mit typisch französischem Flair. Vor allem der Innenhof mit der Platane und dem Tisch darunter wurde schnell unser Lieblingsplatz. Alles sehr sauber, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit einem großen Pool und riesigen Garten. Das war ein perfekter Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit allen guten Dingen ausgestattet die man mit einer grossen Gruppe zum Leben oder aucj Feiern braucht. Pool, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und je Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer. Somit mehr als ausreichend Platz. ☺️ Super Parkplatzmöglichkeit um auch mit mehreren Autos anzureisen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super ebenso die Entfernung zum nächsten Beach-Club und den grösseren Städten wie Cannes oder Nizza.

Perfect Stay

The property is just stunning and the house is in A+++ condition. The wi-fi is speedy (much to the happiness of the college aged kids with us). All bathrooms and the kitchens have been updated and are well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Thanks Nick for your hospitality.

Fabulous family holiday

Thank you so much Nick for the most wonderful holiday. We had 3 generations of the family all staying for my Mum's 70th birthday celebrations and the villa was absolutely perfect in every way. Such an attractive building, with all the charm you'd expect from a French farmhouse on the outside and tastefully decorated inside. The spacious garden/pool area was perfect for our active family - including swimming, table tennis and petanque - with a delightful terrace for lunch or evening drinks in the sunshine. Excellent location for exploring the local traditional villages such as Valbonne but also easy access to many beautiful beaches on the coast. Nick answered all our questions promptly and Lucy was extremely helpful upon arrival and during our stay. We would all love to come back next year!

Ideal Getaway in the Cote d'Azur

We were 6 old college friends in our fifties looking for a place to reconnect over good food and wine but still get some good hiking in to earn it! We all wanted our own en suite rooms and this property was the perfect solution. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly want in a luxury rental. The owner was very helpful and provided us with great recommendations for our daily hikes (Gourdon, Courmes, La Brague, Courmettes...). While we did go out to Valbonne for a meal we mostly ate at the house where we all took turns to prepare meals (a lot of barbecuing..!). We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the terrace every evening enjoying the view and each other's company and all agreed that this place had really made our mini-reunion extra special.

Fabulous!

We rented this house in the first week of August 2018. We were 9 in all, Mom and Dad oldies, 2 young couples, a singleton of 25 and two grandchildren of 2 and 4 years old. The house was large and spacious and very well appointed with superb kitchen appliances. The decoration too was of far better quality and taste than we had expected- it's more a family home than a mere rental. What we all loved about the house, apart from the fabulous pool area around which we all gathered at different times of the day, was the fact that each of the 6 bedrooms was large and airy, had its own beautiful bathroom with views, and was completely separate from everyone else allowing everyone to have more than enough privacy and space to relax away from the hullaballoo of a family holiday. Every second night we used a cook- Isabelle Calon- who was recommended to us by the property manager Emma. She and her assistant Celine Richer spoilt us with dinners served on the outside terrace overlooking the pool or in the garden in front of the house. The garden is large and well kept, the pool superb, the location quiet and not overlooked. The house is also situated very conveniently not far from a choice of supermarkets and stores and within short driving distance of the coast. We absolutely loved our stay and are planning to go back one day if we can.

Just perfect...!

I booked this wonderful house for two weeks in July to have a family holiday to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everything about this house, its position, facilities, decor and the service from the housekeeper was outstanding, we have never stayed in a holiday home before where every last detail has been thought about. Its position to Valbonne and Mougins is just perfect, both villages have fabulous restaurants and cafes to eat in if you can tear yourself away from this stunning property. We had a relaxing time, in a perfect place and my whole family agreed it was one of the best holidays ever..!

Beautiful Home...

We stayed at this beautiful Provencale home for the first 2 weeks of July 2016. 2 couples with 4 kids and 2 grandparents. Beautifully furnished but practical with TV/playroom on first floor. Big bedrooms, all with own bathrooms. Amazing outdoor space with all day sunshine - shade under olive trees and terrace awning/courtyard tree. Lovely pool with shallow end and outdoor loo/shower. Very private garden - not overlooked at all. Local villages (Valbonne, Mougins, Mouans Sartoux) are only 5 mins away and beaches (Antibes/Cannes) 20 mins-but we stayed at the villa most of the time as it was so peaceful. Lovely sunsets, drinking rosé, waiting for BBQ, playing boules - perfect!

Absolutely perfect! Exceeded expectations!

We stayed here for two weeks for the Cannes Film Festival and loved everything about this home. Immaculately maintained. Beautiful large en suite bedrooms with sweeping views over the countryside to the Bay of Cannes. We hosted a large private party on the outdoor patio and lawn with the help of the manager who is lovely. The heated pool is great for downtime. Just 25 minutes to La Croisette and 5 mins to Valbonne and Mougins for local restaurants. Coming from Los Angeles we experienced a true taste of Provence!

Iam English and my wife is from Bermuda. Having lived in London for 25 years, and our teenage daughters have moved to boarding school in the UK, my wife and I have opted for life in the South of France. We have thrown ourselves into an alternative lifestyle - organising yoga and hiking retreats; hosting weddings and holidays; and have bought Hotel les Armoiries, a small boutique hotel in neighbouring Valbonne.

We fell in love with this house at first site. It is quintessentially "provencal". The house had been immaculately renovated to an extremely high standard when we bought it, with top quality finishes throughout. Guests and friends alike all comment on the amazing atmosphere of the property, particularly lunching or dining in the courtyard, under the plane tree. We have hosted several parties ourselves - in addition to various functions and weddings for other guests. Our reviews highlight the fact that this is our home - and is decorated as such. It is not "just another rental property"!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house has immense character and charm, yet has been fully modernised throughout. In addition, it has a large flat lawn - perfect for weddings, functions, or just kids' games; a beautiful courtyard, catering for lunch/dinners for up to 80 guests; a large terrace for drinks/dancing; an olive grove, with 60 olive trees (we produce 150-200 litres of olive oil); and entertainment including a 15m heated pool, pétanque pitch, table tennis etc. The popular villages of both Valbonne and Mougins are within 10 mins by car - and beaches of Cap d'Antibes, Juan les Pins and Cannes are only 20 mins away.
