If you enjoy the water, you’re just a few minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy the fire pit, with ample seating for marshmallow roasting. Firewood not provided. Large yard for games such corn hole (corn hole board/bags provide)

Our home is located in Chesapeake Bay Estates, a mixture of traditional homes, mobile homes and campers.

While we rent our home on a short term basis in full compliance with all state and local regulations, there may be some residents in the community who continue to hold negative opinions about short term rentals. For this reason we ask for your awareness and discretion when interacting with local residents in the neighborhood.

While we are pet friendly, your beloved pets are not allowed on the furniture and/or beds. Pets must be secured at all times. Pets can not be left inside unattended. You are welcome to bring your own pet bedding. Crates are required. While enjoying outdoor activities your pet must be crated if left inside. Pets must remain on a leash, provided yard lead, or fenced in yard. No pets are allowed to run at large. **additional charges will be applicable for any damage caused by your pet. Damage includes but is not limited to, scratching, evidence of chewing, urinating/defecating in the home, pet hair and fleas.
