Open and airy with great outdoor space

The first floor of this open concept house has a living room with a Smart TV (firestick), dining table for 8 (hello puzzles), a beautiful full bathroom, and an open kitchen just waiting to be cooked in! The kitchen has a large “pass-through” window to a backyard bar! Speaking of the backyard: after a long day at the beach, relax on the two hammocks or escape the sun on the back patio with a sail shade cover!
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath (with bathtub). The two front bedrooms have brand new queen sized beds and the back bedroom has two twin beds along with a trundle for a third child.

Whether you’re here to go to Cape Henolpen State Park, head to the beach, or just relax in the backyard, we’re glad you chose our house! Right down the street from us are tennis courts and a great playground on the water. The farmers market is certainly walking distance and there are a ton of signs pointing you there.

If you are headed to the Bay Beach, we like to go down Cedar Ave and park at Michigan Ave. It is nice and quiet there.

This well-appointed home had everything our family of four needed for a great summer vacation. We particularly enjoyed the private, fenced-in yard and the beautiful kitchen. The location was ideal, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and parks.

Perfect getaway

Perfect for a beach getaway. Walking distance to 2nd St. dining and shopping, the historical society and shipcarpenter square. When you walk in the door it is exactly as listed. Comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen. We didn’t have a chance to use the backyard as it rained most of our trip but lots of seating and 2 hammocks in a nicely fenced in yard. Aimee is quick to answer if you have any questions as well!

Perfect location

If you are looking for a property in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the beautiful shopping district of Lewes, this is the place for you. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Everything we needed in an easy to manage space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen and just enough outdoor space to make our dog feel at home. We walked every day for breakfast and dinner. No need to stress over parking. This was definitely one of our most relaxing vacations.

Fantastic place and location

We greatly enjoyed our time in Lewes, and this was a great place to stay. We were four adults and two small dogs. This place is at a fantastic location and is well appointed. Email communication with the owner was smooth.

We had a lovely time

We loved the fenced in backyard for our dog and the close proximity to the park for walks. The house is within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. The Lewes beaches are nice. We ended up using the Cape Henlopen State Park beaches more. The area is great for bike rides.

Great spot in Lewes

Process was smooth. Property is in very good shape and matches with pictures. Great location in town near shops, and Bay and ocean beaches. Small fenced in yard perfect for our son’ s dog. Had a great time. Thank you
