We loved the very spacious kitchen and living room area. The deck was fully furnished to relax and enjoy nature. The house was very clean and close to everything in Lewes. Very quiet and quaint. We would definitely encourage you book this charming home.

We throughly enjoyed our week at the house. It was clean, extremely comfortable, only 10 minutes from the bay beaches and downtown Lewes, and 20 minutes from the less crowded ocean beaches near Gordon Pond. Morning coffee and reading on the back deck followed by exploring the great bike trails nearby on our rented bikes. A great house in a safe quiet neighborhood. Rae was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We loved it.

The house was beautiful, clean, newly renovated, and in the perfect location! The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and within minutes to the bike path, beach, and shopping too! Rae was super responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back again soon!

Do yourself a favor and stay here!

The location of this property is minutes away from Lewes and Cape Henlopen but the neighborhood where the house is located is nice and quiet. The house was spotless and is uodated with modern appliances and nice flooring. Lots of open space for children to enjoy. The deck is fantatic and the back yard feels like a hidden oasis with tall reeds surrounding the property. Really nice outdoor shower for cleaning up after a day at the beach. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here. Rae was a fantastic host as well!

Great place!

This house was a great location, just up from the beach, restaurants, etc. Very clean, cimfy and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Lewes and Rehobeth. Great place to stay!!

Very comfortable and convenient

The house is lovely—Very modern appliances and bathrooms, meticulous, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the location— a quiet residential neighborhood with lush trees and gardens, and walking distance to the Georgetown-Lewes walking and biking path. The town of Lewes, with great restaurants and fun boutiques, is 5 mins down the road by car. We definitely want to return next year!

Girl's weekend beach trip

The property was very clean. Everything we needed was provided, sheets, towels, paper products, soaps, some spices. We arrived early and were able to checkin before 4:00 pm.

Perfect getaway spot!

Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here for future vacations. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! The location was convenient and in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It felt like home away from home!

Nice home and location

We had a slight issue with ants the day we arrived. Owner was responsive and had ant traps and spray delivered the next day which helped tremendously for the remainder of our stay. We had been given the incorrect wifi password initially but all was well once that issue was fixed. BEWARE if you have Verizon, the cell service is minimal. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely home and is well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have access to beach umbrellas and coolers if needed.

Labor Day Vacation

My friends and I visited for a long weekend over Labor Day and had a great time. The house was clean and well equipped for all seven of us. We were able to visit Lewes beach with a quick drive and Rehoboth beach wasn't too far away either.

Weekend away

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The place had a great location and was in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing that we didn’t love was there was some ants in the house. Not many but a few. Besides that the place was very clean, enough rooms, and was in a good location.

Delaware beach trip

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The interior was new and clean. I gave the property 4 stars because there were many mosquitos outside. Perhaps it's the time of year? A screened area outside would help greatly!
