Zee’s Place

We loved the property. Zee’s place was cery clean and accommodating. The home was beautifully layout and the yard and the deck was a high point for the family to spend quality time outdoors.I would rebook with Zee in our future travels to Georgia.

We had a great time and were able to stay in touch with the owner with all our questions and concerns. The only thing that caught us off guard we weren’t able to use the oven without having to put it on broil. But other than that it was great!

Spring Break Trip

Booked this property for our sons spring break. The location made it very easy to reach all the things in and around ATL that we wanted to do. When we arrived we found a well stocked kitchen with plenty of items. There were plenty of towels and linens and the downstairs bathroom had been renovated. We had several concerns: First was the need for the interior of the house to be painted, it was obvious that the house had been well lived in. Second was the lack of working smoke detectors, I only was able to locate one in the entire house. Third was the oven, it had to be set to 400 to cook anything so it ruined almost everything we tried to cook.

I appreciate the feedback! I’m not sure if you noticed, but the entire house is set up with Carbon Monoxide Detectors and there are three additional smoke detectors. Yes, we’ve been hosting guests for a few years, however the entire house was renovated less than 3 years ago. I will be sure to have the oven looked out immediately though the previous guest did not seem to have any issues. Thank you for choosing us for your stay.

Group of 8 visit: 4/25/25 to 4/30/25

The space was accommodating for our group; however after inspecting the home upon arrival, we found: the frig or freezer leaking water. I made this known to owner/host immediately. I asked for a repair person, however this did not happen while we were there.We also found a chair on the deck, dry rotted, fell apart. There was a wooden rail loose headed downstairs to the masterBR- a safety hazard & ants were found in the kitchen sink. All these issues were reported immediately. The driveway was an issue with my 2 vehicles driving in & out, due to the entrance to the driveway being incredibly high, scrapping beneath 2 cars

the house urgently needs a deep cleaning, the air conditioning doesn't work, the refrigerator is broken, don't put it in the bins, the carpets in the house are dirty, towels are stained, the bed sheets need to be cleaned, the house doesn't accommodate 12 people well as advertised 2 of the rooms do not have a fan, remember the air does not work, we are very disappointed

Live in the greatest city of Atlanta. Have one beautiful daughter who I love the most. I’ve been hosting for sometime now. It can be challenging at times, but I really enjoy hosting. I also love to travel, try new restaurant and bars. Other than that I’m kinda home-body. Love to watch movies and stand up comedies.
