THE TOWERS AT PARKVIEW BAY
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Family Friendly condo.

Talk about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This walk in 3 bedroom (Bedroom 1: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: 2 bunkbeds) 2 bathroom unit will not disappoint. It's been newly remodeled in 2021 and ready for you to relax and enjoy. The large screened in porch with dining for 6 and conversational seating for 4 has amazing views of the lake and the State Park. The unit also overlooks a portion of the condo's beautiful heated (spring only) outdoor pool. There is a gas grill for your use as well w/ propane included. This condo includes a full kitchen w/ bar seating for 6 and a dining table that seats 4. The kitchen is loaded up with extras to include a ninja blender for your frozen concoctions, crockpot and air fryer. There is a stocked coffee/ wine bar with a beverage fridge for your use.

The Master Bedroom includes King Bed with screened in porch access with lake views and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double sink vanity. There is also a smart TV with access to many streaming services. The 2nd bedroom includes Queen Bed with private access to 2nd full bathroom as well as a smart TV. The small but cozy 3rd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds accommodating 4 people. The living room has a flat screen smart TV with cable access, beautifully updated fireplace, love seat, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory gel mattress. The condo also includes 2 roll away beds to accommodate 2 more children if needed. All clean linens provided for our guests. This unit also includes washer and dryer for your convenience.
The amenities will not disappoint at The Towers at Parkview Bay. You will have access to 2 sets of elevators, heated outdoor pool (heated in spring only) with lake view, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and workout facility. This is a very family friendly condo and quiet hours start at 11pm.

This is a great condo. We arrive a little early and were able to check in. Checking in and out was a breeze. This condo was clean. It literally had all that you would need to stay in it. From from spices to condiments. The pot, pans, trash bags, foil and etc. I loved the," in case you forgot something" baskets in the bathrooms. The condo has a great view and you are steps from the elevator to take you down to the pool. The condo has more than enough space for a large family. There are roll-away beds and air mattresses in the closets. There is a lot of stuff you don't have to bring because it is already in the condo. Games, pool toys etc.. I had no problem. The owner was so patient with me. She is joy. The view was truly amazing from the screened in balcony. It was peaceful to just sit out there and read. Hurry and rent this place you will not be disappointed.

We had a delightful stay. The space was roomy, laid out nicely and the porch was just what we needed. The beds were so comfy - the outdoor pool being opened past Labor Day was awesome. It was clean and enjoyable. We’ll be back.

Property owner was very responsible and communicative!! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay!! We truly appreciate her being so helpful. View was absolutely beautiful . Overall a fantastic stay and kid friendly. We will be booking woth her again!

This space is excellent. There little extras make the space. From the wagon able to be used to load and unload, the forget me boxes, the extra beverage fridge and coffee bar. The patio is great and beds are comfortable. We book this space every year for our family vacation.

Great condo!

We had an amazing 4 night stay! Unloading zone and wagon made it super easy to unpack our car! Very short walk to condo from assigned parking spot and easy access to the AWESOME pool overlooking the lake! There were so many free amenities that they offer their guests! We loved the coffee pods and the “forgot something” basket! The porch was wonderful and super spacious! The grill and table/chairs made for a fun outside dining experience! We would 100% stay again! Book this-you will not regret it!!

Relaxing weekend

For 3 adults and 2 children. We could allow the 3 year old to play on the enclosed balcony without any fear. He loved being outside even when it was chilly. Beds were comfortable but a bit soft for our liking. The pool was comfortably warm and a hit with the 9 year old. The hot tub was out of order though. This was our second visit to this property and will definitely be back.

Great condo!

We have rented this condo for the past 2 years and our stay each time has been great! It is a nicely updated and comfortable condo with many Host provided extras that have made our stay more pleasant! A nice welcome basket was there upon our arrival, and basic items were provided such as K-cups, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, laundry soap and more that were not expected but so appreciated! The host was very responsive when we had any questions.

Relaxing

This condo was amazing with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed having a family style dinner on the balcony every night and relaxing in the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. The host made this beautiful condo feel like home! Will definitely book if we come back!

Hannah has thought of absolutely everything you need for your stay and has gone above and beyond for your comfort. There’s chargers on the nightstands, light switches labeled, soap & shampoo along with all the laundry & dish soap. This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen and we were welcomed with a nice snack basket. We will 10/10 be staying here again. Our girls trip to the lake was wonderful. Thank you again for thinking of absolutely everything.
