The condo was nice but pretty generic with minimal decor and pretty basic furniture. The communication was very good, especially upon arrival. The beds, sheets and pillows were nice and the location was absolutely perfect for walking the mall, museums and Smithsonian’s. Location, Location, Location is this property. Great food within just seconds of the building. The only ding I would give it is many of the financially high end places we have stayed at in the past have been fairly well stocked with drinks, coffee and snacks. A few dollars spent here by the host would go a long way in making this place an A plus property. I would give it an A.

Our family stayed here for 5 nights while visiting DC to celebrate the 250th Independence Day. Despite the heat being at record high levels when we got to DC, our place was cool and comfortable. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of four, and we enjoyed having the full kitchen to cook our meals in (though we do suggest the owners switch out the plates and bowls for microwave safe ones). Our youngest daughter loved going for a nightly swim in the pool. The primary reason we booked this place was the location, and for our family it was indeed within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in DC, other than visiting Arlington Cemetery, and for that we just hopped on the metro! Overall we enjoyed our stay here!

Enjoyed rental overall. The furniture in the living room is pretty old and uncomfortable and they also stated in listing they had a pullout bed but in actually it was an uncomfortable leather futon. Wish that was more clear. Despite that overall clean and staff in building was helpful.

It would be great if you had a TV in the spare bedroom and if all TVs could get the Internet like YouTube, etc. My daughter brought up the fact that the walls look kind of plane so maybe some cheap artwork would be good. Overall, we are very happy with the place and especially the size of the apartment, thx!

Great place to stay to explore DC

We had a great time staying here for spring break. It was great accommodations. It was very convenient to all of the mall destinations as well as the metro. There were plenty of dining options. Our family of four had a great time.
