This beautiful Georgetown home was a wonderful fit for our family’s DC trip! The layout worked especially well, with two bedrooms upstairs for our family and a separate studio downstairs for our adult child. Everything was clean and comfortable, with plenty of linens and a well-equipped kitchen.We loved having shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the National Mall was just a short Uber ride away. Charming and quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Overall, we thought the property was good. The location was perfect, the property was clean and the check-in process was clear. The only problem was had was with the AC. Although it was very hot outside, the bedrooms were very warm. We could not get the place cooled off. Other than that, it was great!

Ah yes, this stay was over the historic heat wave during our July 4, 2026 weekend when the heat index averaged 110 F for 4 straight days! Temperatures before adn after the peak still topped out in the 90s. We purchased a large portable HVAC on castors to keep the top floor comfortable should we have another heatwave!

Great Place for Family DC Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had no trouble finding street parking for our van, and were then able to easily access public transportation.

The location was fantastic and made everything easy. The layout was ideal for our group, giving parents and adult children their own spaces. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of pans for cooking meals together.A few areas were a little rough around the edges, and adding more comfortable seating in the living room would make it even better for relaxing as a group.We still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenience of the spot.

Highly recommend this beautiful Georgetown home. The three bedroom home is very clean, comfortable and a fabulous location. Walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as well. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Great location and very convenient space. Not a place if you’re avoiding steps as it’s a three floor row house. But, if not, it’s an amazing spot. We did nearly 3 weeks and loved it.

This location was great. A short walk to the 33 bus stop. The neighborhood was lively with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Short stay in Georgetown

Very quaint location in the heart of Georgetown. Everything was wonderful! I will say that the temperature in the upstairs part of the house was warmer than I would've preferred during the heatwave. Lower floors were much more comfortable!

Yes, we had an extended heatwave with outside temps in the high 90s. We have a relatively new central AC system and suggests closing vents on the lower levels so cold air is directed to the top floor.
