Cette belle unité de niveau du sol a été rénové et mis à jour. Il peut accueillir 2 adultes et 2 enfants (lit king size dans la chambre; nouvelle lits queen-size dans le salon). Le salon dispose d'une cheminée à gaz, télévision à écran LCD avec lecteur DVD, radio Bose avec lecteur CD. Il est haute vitesse et un accès Internet WiFi. La salle de bain comprend une douche en verre et en carrelage de la taille d'une baignoire (5 pi). Il y a un ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre et un ventilateur permanent pour le salon pendant les rares journées où il fait chaud à Aspen (altitude de 1 900 mètres). Notre bâtiment n'a pas AC.

Le charmant complexe de condo sur Cooper Ave. a, souterrain, un parking privé gratuit. Un casier à côté de la porte d'entrée offre un espace pour les skis et les vélos. Le condo est adjacent à Wagner Park, offre une vue sur (le sommet de) Aspen Mountain et est quatre blocs de la télécabine principale. Il est à un pâté de la rue piétonne du centre de la ville et de la navette skieur libre de Snowmass, babeurre, et Aspen Highlands domaines skiables arrête à notre coin. Le Garden Ice est de 3 pâtés de maisons.


Pour profiter de l'été, c'est un pâté de maisons du Festival de la gastronomie et du vin, à 15 minutes à pied de la Music Tent (à 2 pâtés de maisons du bus) et à quelques pas des restaurants du centre-ville - aucun chauffeur désigné n'est nécessaire.

Interdiction de fumer; pas d'animaux. Séjour minimum de cinq nuits du 15 décembre au 16 avril. Trois nuits minimum le reste de l'année.

Great location/Great Accomidations

Very nice 1 bedroom, conveniently located. Groceries, shopping, public transportation, and the hill all easily accessible. Communication with Joan was awesome and needs were quickly addressed. We will definitely book again if we return next year for pre-season training.

Perfect little condo in downtown Aspen

This property is exactly as described and very conveniently located for walking to downtown Aspen restaurants and shops, as well as hopping on the local bus system to the ski areas. I appreciated the great communication with the hosts and the nice touches like the availability of many staples. The unit is simple and clean and has everything a single, couple or small family needs. If I find myself in Aspen again, I would rent this unit again!

Thank you, thank you!! This has been a wonderfull experience. I really enjoyed my 1 week holiday in this beautifull and fully equipped appartment. Everything is new and in perfect condition. This appartment has everything: great fireplace, great kitchen, great shower, great bed. The location is perfect, you do not need a car, the bus stop around on the corner and downtown is a 2 min walking distance away. I would recommend everyone to stay in this appartment. The owners are great and I am sure they will do everything to make your stay a total pleasure.

Great location and very comfortable

My husband and I spent six nights in this very comfortable apartment. The owner, Joan (and her husband), was SO helpful at every step of the booking, payment, and arrival stage. All communications wre promot and thorough. The listing descriotion was quite accurate and when I inquired about the bathroom (no photo on line at the time), Joan immediately provided a photo and a description for me (it is very nice...huge modern shower). The location was convenient to everything. We loved walking out the front door, turning right, going about 75 feet, and being at a bus stop for pickups to Snowmass, Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk. Just to our left was the Limelight Hotel with live music five days a week from 4-7 pm...we went there three times. All stores and restaurants are an easy walk. My husband remarked several times hiw COMFORTABLE he felt here. He would open up the ski boots, put them on the fireplace hearth, and one flick of a switch had the boots and us warming in front of the fireplace. The king bed was very comfortable and there was no noise from anything behind he apartment (where the bedroom was). Lots of condiments and more for your use, and lots of little things,p....like bandaids...with notes to HELP YOURSELF. In summary...this is everything you would want...comfort, convenience, well equipped, and a lovely owner to work with.

Great location

Had a 4 day moguls clinic booked and wanted something convenient to gondola. This place was perfect! Very well stocked kitchen and we cooked all our meals. Extremely clean and very cute.

Beautiful Aspen

We had a wedding in Aspen and were looking to book a condo in the heart of Aspen and boy did this deliver! Joan was very communicative prior to our arrival and made sure we were settled upon arriving and couldn’t have been more hospitable. The condo easily accommodated 3 adults and was so close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Loved our stay

Apartment was well maintained and equipped. Responsive hostess and mid-stay housekeeping was a plus. Location made most things walkable. Information provided was a big help. When we return apartment would be on the top of our list.

Perfect stay in Aspen!

This was the perfect stay for our ski vacation! Clean, comfortable, perfect for the two of us! Ski shuttle 1/4 block away to all resorts! 2-3 block walk to all downtown restaurants. The owners communicated perfectly, making sure our stay was uneventful! We can't wait to return next ski season!!!

Cleanest Ever!

We were in Aspen while our son and his friends hunted. We eat at the restaurants and hike while he hunts. Joan's house is near everything, perfect location! And it is absolutely the cleanest home we have ever stayed in!!

Fully equipped and amazing location!!

We had a great stay at Joan’s place. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything you could need- cooking supplies, shampoo, blankets, etc. The best part is the great location, it’s in the heart of Aspen and one block to the bus stop and a few blocks from Lift 1. Super easy ski in/out at aspen mtn and easy to get to the other mtns via the bus. Highly recommend! Joan was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any request.

Perfect apartment, ideal location, outstanding hosts

There isn't enough time or space in this review box to list out all of the wonderful attributes of Joan and Don's home. My boyfriend and I spent a month both working remotely from Joan's apartment and we truly never wanted to leave! A great space for two individuals to work remotely, very strong WiFi throughout, very peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, this apartment was very spacious and truly felt like home, with every amenity you could need - from amazing kitchen and bathroom supplies to a brand new, smart flat screen TV which allowed us to watch all of our shows. In addition, the location is just incredible - in the heart of downtown Aspen, 1 block off of the main park, and literally walking distance to absolutely every restaurant and shop that Aspen has to offer. We hardly ever used our car in the month we were there. If all of this were not enough, the hosts, Joan and Don are just such wonderful people - available at all times and willing to go out of their way to help. Can't say enough wonderful things, we can't wait to come back!

What a Pleasant Surprise!

Having stayed in Aspen the last 4 years while our son competed in the Winter XGames, lodging has been a rather challenging task as demand is at a peak and accessibility to services is invaluable to us. This was the first time renting this space from Joan but it will not be the last. The residence was well appointed, comfortable and wonderfully maintained. Everything we needed was readily available to us. Our plane landed late at night but Joan provided clear, concise direction on how to access the property with the late arrival and everything went smoothly. Location is ideal for access to restaurants and public transportation. Most everything is within walking distance. Thank you Joan for such a delightful stay.

Hidden Gem

The condo at 210 East Cooper is beautifully decorated and furnished with a cozy fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has enough pots, pans, and other supplies to enjoy wonderful home cooked meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The comfortable king size bed is perfect to rest up for the following days activities and walk in closet offer plenty of storage. The bathroom is supplied with a hairdryer, plenty of toiletry items and a spacious shower. The laundry closet is great for quickly warming up cold or wet gear. There is a locked outdoor storage closet for snowboarding and skiing equipment. There is convenient parking either on the street in front of the building or in the basement parking garage. The condo is within easy walking distance of the bus station, grocery store, retail shops and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Overall, it is a perfect little place to stay that we will be returning to for many years to come!

This condo is in a terrific location, and the owners were easy to work with. They have a notebook with instructions and suggestions. We appreciated the extra fans since it was August. I would recommend this cozy unit for a couple looking for a serene yet affordable getaway in Aspen.

Near the Heart of Aspen

Close to all of the action, within a six block walk of the restaurants, shopping, drug stores, grocery store , parks and transportation. There is no air conditioning, so it is hot in July. However, the owner does provide several fans in the unit. Any other month would likely be more comfortable, and we do plan on going back in the fall. Overall, good value when compared to many of the hotels.

Excellent location for skiing. Bus stop just steps away for Buttermilk, Highlands or Snowmass with awesome pick up schedules. For us, all needs (grocery store, package store, restaurants) were within easy walking distances. First floor unit, no walk ups; We were able to watch fireworks the first night of our visit out the front door. Very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with accessories if you want to cook; bed was great! Easy parking available (we didn't need) and saw underground parking. Gas fireplace for ambiance (we didn't use). Washer/dryer in the unit; lots of tip sheets in strategic locations. Powerful microwave! Boiling water in 60 seconds. An informational book with great tips. Very attentive hosts. Clean. For us (2 guests) the perfect place!
