Great stay in Aspen

Great location - walkable to many places. Easy to catch free buses nearby. Very nice comfortable condo and plenty of room for two. Private parking in the back of the building is great because otherwise street parking in busy Aspen can be a nightmare. Worth noting - there is a parking pass that stays with the condo. The people before us had taken it with them. Property management got it back from them and got it over to us, but we had to deal with several hours of street parking before that. The condo is very strict about having this parking pass displayed.

Perfect location for Aspen Food + Wine

We stayed here during Aspen Food + Wine and couldn't have been happier! You could throw a rock at the festival tent so the location could not have been better. The condo was cozy and comfortable. Lots of kitchen utensils and lots of coat hangers in the closet which is a weird quirk of mine and greatly appreciated! Toiletries in the bathroom are always appreciated as well. Property management company was lovely to work with. This is listed on their page so NOT a dig at the property at all, but word to the wise that the unit does not have A/C. They do provide fans to keep you comfy at night though! Overall a great place to stay for Food + Wine, and exactly as advertised in the listing. Thank you!

Excellent stay

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. Has everything you need, extra great to have a washer & dryer in unit. Location can’t be beat. Also ease of check-in and communication was great. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location, a cozy comfortable place

We really liked our stay at this Aspen Condo. It is exactly like what has been described on the site. The location is perfect very close walking distance to Silver Gondola, Aspen Mountains shuttles and all the restaurants. The space was great for a family of three. The condo was cozy, practical, clean and very inspiring with a lot of art pieces. The property management team was really positive and helpful with my questions as it was our first time in Aspen and the process was really easy. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Location

Charles’s condo is in the perfect location! Right next to the bus stop to take you directly to the slopes (Snowmass, Buttermilk, etc.) and less than a 5 minute walk to everywhere in town. It is located right next to the Limelight Hotel. Easy check in too, which was nice since we got in at about 11pm. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo centrally located in the Core of Aspen. Quiet neighborhood and close to a bus stop. I highly recommend this location.

The location was amazing!! It could not have been a better location.

It was as advertised and the check in and out was easy and the management was very accommodating. I would recommend. The downfalls were primarily no housekeeping! They need to have someone come more often to change towels, take trash, etc. once I called to complain they sent someone immediately. Note- the building has no elevator and is three stories, so be aware. As well as the Wi-Fi and phone connection is very spotting inside but that I happens in the mountains. I would rent again!

Great home and location

Had a great time in this property. The management company was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and out was easy. The home was spotless and exactly as pictured with great space and a beautiful view from the back deck. The location was perfect! Could walk to everything in town and easily accessible. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Aspen!

Aspen Summer

First time to Aspen. Location of property was excellent and made for easy walking to everything in town. It was unexpectedly hot while we were there but Managment provided us with fans immediately. Only improvements would be better WiFi in the condo. We were there for an extended period and the poor WiFi made getting any work done challenging. Great condo/great location

Spring in Aspen

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo and during winter it is a perfect spot for skiers and I imagine a great spot in summer. I would, however AVOID Aspen in MAY since it is the down period, most restaurants and shops are closed, and tons of construction goes in at this time, making it very loud.

Quaint and Close

The location is very quick close to the slopes and the gondolas. you're never too close from downtown to Aspen also so you're able to walk around into the shops. The location is just a stone throw away from a great bakery.

nice location in Aspen

This is a comfortable apartment right in the heart of Aspen. Great to have off-street parking. People at the rental agency were super helpful. We did several wonderful hikes and walked out for takeout meals in the evening. I was with my son and slept in the the Murphy bed, very comfortable.

Cozy condo in a great spot

we ended up coming into Aspen for a long fall weekend, and this was a great location. right in the middle of town, with a fully outfitted condo we were able to cook one or two meals and go out for the rest. The bed in the back was comfortable, the condo slightly dated but in a wonderfully nostalgic type of way. Would definitely stay here again.
