St John Boatman Road

This property exceeded all our expectations. The views are out of this world. Close enough to Cruz Bay but still feels you are on a mountain looking at the sea. Beach chairs were great for our family of 5. Lovely outdoor showers in all 3 bedrooms. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful island home on St John

The Villa di Pace is a beautiful home in an excellent location, with incredible gardens and grounds, and decor inspired by the island and clearly built around some local artists and craftspeople. Beach gear and towels and all kitchen necessities are provided. The views from the hillside and wide terrace out over the south shore of St John are magnificent. Only 5-10 minutes from the ferry docks and restaurants of Cruz Bay, and the host did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and providing detailed and thoughtful suggestions. All in all exceptional

Best VIEW ever

You will not find a better view! Kitchen was well stocked. House was clean. Communication with the owner was amazing. A few takeaways. The driveway is steep and very hard to navigate. The rooms are detached, I did not feel comfortable with my little kids in a sperate place. The AC in the rooms worked wonderfully but the AC in the main room had trouble cooling the room. All the showers are outdoor showers (very common on the island). Water pressure was not strong at all. Overall, great home.

Like many, I fell in love with St. John and decided to enjoy the low key, island lifestyle. It is a perfect place for my family to gather and make memories together. I have spent the past year living on island and renovating Villa di Pace so you can enjoy every detail of premium eco-luxury and conveniences.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Villa di Pace (pronounced "Pachee" which means 'peace' in Italian) is a property that I knew the minute I came up the driveway, that this was 'IT'. The villa is situated on an acre of private, ocean views... so close that you can hear the crashing waves all the time. The most common feedback is that pictures don't do it justice. I'm new to VRBO so I can't post the amazing 5 star reviews by my guests... several people coming to the island for more than 20 years have written in my guest book, "this is the best place we have ever stayed on St. John"
