Mykonos - a freshly built Greek inspired Luxury Villa. This private property is located in one of the most distinct areas of the island offering uninterrupted breathtaking ocean views of St. John’s south shore.
Conveniently located a short drive from Cruz Bay’s world class dining, shopping, grocery markets, and the entrance to the North Shore Beach Road in the National Park.
This two level villa has 3 en-suite king bedrooms, beautifully appointed decor, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, balconies, cozy modern amenities and elegant furniture throughout. The handpicked decorative objects gives the villa a unique personality.

We loved the Mykonos Villa on St John! Beautiful property with stunning views. Three good sized bedrooms with a nice well appointed kitchen. The pool and pool area were a favorite with our crew. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe with the only visitors being the deer, geckos and maybe a stray cat. We simply loved our stay!

Vivica was amazing! She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The house was breathtaking. This was our 3rd trip to St John and our favorite house so far. Close enough to both Cruz Bay and Coral Bay. We will be back!

Amazing Villa!!

The Mykonos Villa was gorgeous! View was amazing!! Location was perfect! Family of 4 with teens loved relaxing by the pool. Vivica was a responsive host and so easy to communicate with. Incredible place to stay in St John !!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!! Waking up to the breathtaking views was such a treat! It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood In Fish Bay that felt safe & was the perfect distance from town to be close to things but far enough to be peaceful. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and for our trips to the beaches. The only thing that could make it better would be comfier living room future, maybe a big sectional. Also, it would be nice to have some more furniture on the main porch off the kitchen/living room. Overall, we would definitely stay at this house again. We have been to St. John many times over the last 25 years and it’s the best place we have stayed.

Beautiful, spacious home

Stayed for several days in January. Plenty of space for the family to relax, enjoy the view. The access to the washing machine, dryer, beach items, and snorkel equipment were very helpful, gorgeous attention to detail and decor. We hope to be back soon!

A little bit of Greece in St. John

This house was more than we could ever ask for! The view, the pool, the accommodations - all were superb. The house was reminiscent of Greek villa with all the touches of home. Communication with the host was great. Made for the best family vacation!

The best place to stay on St John… hands down! Couldn’t ask for a better place, the views were incredible and house was extremely clean. We also loved that house is very Green with white stucco and clean lines. Highly recommended.

INCREDIBLE!

Mykonos is the perfect villa for your stay on St. John! The pictures on site don’t do it justice. Breath taking from every spot. Easy enough to get to and close enough to town. Will most definitely be back. Vivica was a great host and quick to answer any questions. Very simple process. Plenty of room and every room immaculate. Can’t say enough…

Fantastic Villa on St John

A fantastic, clean, new villa in Fish Bay. Only 10ish minutes from Cruz Bay and the perfect location for some peace and quiet. Beautiful home, well appointed, and clearly well-maintained. You won't be disappointed at Mykonos. From booking through checkout, everything was perfect. Great communication with Vivica - we even saw her a few times out and about on the island - she remembered us and asked about our stay. I would highly recommend Mykonos!

Phenomenal Property!

This property was absolutely phenomenal! It is pristinely clean and stocked with any supply needed (beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, detergent), which was very helpful for travel. The view of Chocolate Hole was breathtaking, particularly from the pool. The communications with the property manager were great. She even helped us secure a car when our rental fell through and a boat for a day excursion. Her assistance made our trip smooth as can be. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful villa with stunning views

Our family enjoyed our week stay at Mykonos very much. Everything was as beautiful as it was presented in the VRBO listing. The villa is spacious and open. The pool while not large was big enough for our 2 teens to enjoy. We were met on arrival and oriented to the home and the area. The location is very peaceful with stunning ocean views. It is just far enough but not too far from Cruz Bay. We had one minor maintenance issue during our stay and received a prompt response from Vivica who sent someone over at 10pm on a Friday to fix our issue! We would definitely recommend the property to others. We hope to return someday ourselves!

Stunning home in the perfect place

We have been traveling to St John for over a decade and we have always stayed in Cruz Bay. This was our first time staying farther out, we were not disappointed! The house is amazing, stunning inside and the views outside are amazing. You have the ability to enjoy the island, relax by the pool or drive to the beaches. The host was amazing! She has everything you could possibly need in the home for you, if you need anything she responds right away. Vivica has done an amazing job and we cannot wait to return. Cruz Bay is a 12 minute drive and super easy to get to. The only negative thing I can say, and it’s not actually negative, is the directions to the house are hard to understand….but Vivica will come get you if you get lost!
