Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full condo, tastefully furnished and equipped. Accommodates 6-7 people. This community offers all amenities you could want including a private beach with in season deli-hut, 4 resort style pools, spas, and indoor pool. Tennis courts, basketball courts and much more to offer.

3 night rentals available through June 1. From June 1- September 10, 7 nights only.
***Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.***

Seapointe Village is a hidden gem in Wildwood Crest. It does not disappoint!

The space was perfect for our week at the shore. Our family enjoyed our time and we were very comfortable. The space was clean, the amenities were plenty and the grounds were impeccably maintained.

We have gone back to seapointe every summer, we love the community. We stayed for 16 days. Our condo was clean, well equipped, and the owner was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely come back.!

Great vacation

We have been coming to Seapointe village for years. It is one of our favorite places especially now with young kids of our own. Right in the beach, with many pools in the complex to choose from. There’s a Playground, basketball court and tennis courts. Great communication with host. Only thing is we wish is that place was a bit more clean coming in, As i expressed to host. All and all a great vacation, seapointe forever has a peice of my heart!

Our cleaners also always offer to come back and address any issues should something have been missed during a cleaning. Great complex, terrible beds

This is a no frills condo, not even slat and pepper shakers, with terrible beds. The king in the master was the worst bed I have slept in an many years. It seemed like it was over-used, old, worn down, etc. Made noises getting in and out of it, sank on the left side when you sat on the edge, just awful. Both the wife and I (age 45) had no good nights of sleep. On top of that, our two kids (13 and 14) couldn't sleep well in the twin beds, which were also of very poor quality. We are from Colorado and spent 5 nights there, so having to buy a salt shaker, buy our own laundry detergent, paper towels, bed linens, towels, and other items was a real drag. I guess it is meant for more local customers. We have stayed at SeaPointe for nearly 20 years, and this was the worst because of the beds and lack of basic essentials. The Master bath tub is also super annoying, basically dangerous. In order to shower, you have to lift your leg up and way over the tub's large edge to achieve footing in a spot where you can then climb into the shower. It was a much wider step than anyone is used to, IMHO. Both the wife and I were like, "Be careful getting in and out of the shower!" Getting out, you don't want your wet foot to slip at that angle, could end in a pulled groin! We will not stay in this unit again. No beach chairs supplied, no beach toys or boogie boards or anything fun to use. Very much a no frills option when many other properties at SeaPointe offer much more for your $$$.

Hi Tucker, I am sorry to hear that your stay was not what you wanted. Our listing did provide you with all the information of what was in the unit prior to your booking. If you had an expectation that those things were included, it was not in the listing. We also really do our best to accommodate our guests requests. If you needed something over what was available, you could have always reached out during your stay, as opposed to waiting to leave a negative review. We have many guests stay with us and have not received any complaints about the units or our beds. You are the only person who has ever had such a problem. We also have several families come back every year. The master bath has a large soaking tub and a standard bathtub. Again, we have not received such negative feedback about this. In fact, we stay in this unit for our own family vacation and have not had any issues with getting in and out of the bath tub. It is an updated unit, which many at Seapointe are not. We do hope you find something more suitable for your needs when staying at Seapointe and in the future, if something is not to your liking, it would help to reach out to the owner to see if they can help rather than leave a negative review. Thankfully, we have many other guests that have provided us with feedback that they have thoroughly enjoyed our unit and their experience. Thank you, Sharmila

Celebrating 21 on Family Vacation

The booking processes was smooth and informative.. We couldn’t gain access to the condominium until just shy of 630 pm due to cleaning crew delay— this was our only setback. Homeowner’s hospitality gift was unexpected and most appreciated. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Family celebration of my daughter’s 21st birthday was a hit with reservations at Coastal Blue next door. Location near all local hot spots convenient and able to manage a few home cooked meals. We hope to book again next year if given another opportunity.
