I immediately fell in love with the intimate, tree-lined neighborhood - unusual for Phoenix - of Spanish-style homes where you can walk at night and feel safe. There is a cul-de-sac at the end of the street, providing extra security. It is part of a small HOA subdivision called Sweetwater Cove. The backyard is fully enclosed with a locked gate. The interior, with its vaulted ceilings and room layout, feels bigger than it actually is. The renovated kitchen is very well-designed and easy to work in and well-equipped for the home cook.

You can sit on the back patio and watch the sunset and see the peak of Shadow Mountain in the distance. I love listening to the birds in the morning and often see hummingbirds at the flowers or birdbath. Itâs quiet but very well located 1/2 mile from the I51, a major north-south freeway. It is:
