New Property in Central Phoenix. Gated community is beautifully decorated, with a private patio. The Unit feels large and is neutrally designed with a comfy sectional couch that you can cozy up to the gas fireplace with and play games or watch the superbowl on the 65 in Smart TV! There is a workout facility and Free wifi. It's Dog friendly as well.

It's a fabulous location, close to Golf, the Light Rail, Restaurants and Biltmore is very close for upscale shopping.

Everything was as expected. All materials needed to cook meals, towels to use etc. The smell in various rooms was off putting at times.

Comfy and Clean

We had a great stay! The host was great with communication and did everything to make us feel at home. The beds and living room was very comfy and the kitchen was well set up. The neighbors were quiet and kind. It is in a gated community. The pool and hot tub must have been closed for the season but that is outside of the host’s control. Bathtubs need to be replaced and the AC is a bit noisy.

Phoenix Getaway

The unit itself was accurately described. Very comfortable and large enough for 2 couples. Air mattress available for extra guests. Master bath tub was not very wide and its finish was odd as it had been painted not well. The complex lighting was missing multiple bulbs, the hit tubs did not work, and the gates fit the small pool kept getting jambed and would not open at times.LOCATION hiwever was the best. Central to so many things.

For the most part this was a good place. We struggled a bit with all of the scented plug-ins. We couldn’t unplug them or there was an overwhelming smell coming through the vents from a neighbor

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was provided! We had no issues. We hiked to a different location each day and found the location close to so many trails! Groceries weee close by and we spent a day at the pool which was warm and peaceful! The communication with the hosts was excellent! We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for a lovely week stay!

So comfortable and great hosts

This is an excellent unit. Very comfortable. Great layout with lots of privacy between bedrooms. Everything you need is provided, and the hosts are very responsive. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to all of our activities while in Phoenix. Our only complaint was that each evening a strong marijuana smell filled the main bedroom and bathroom. We assume it was coming from one of the neighbors through a wall. We had to open the windows to allow it to air out before going to sleep.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners were above and beyond with excellent communication. The pool gate was an issue but that situation got resolved very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location

Very nice property, I usually like to cook on the road, but this place was close to everything, so I barely used the well-appointed kitchen. Very quiet and the second bedroom made a great office space. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Next business trip to this area I will definitely stay here.

Great spot close to all the places we needed to go.

We were moving our daughter to GCU. This VRBO was in a great central location to the areas we needed to get to. It fit the five of us comfortably. The managers were great to work with when we arrived real late and I missed the door code email. Sorry for the late-night call. It will be our first search when we need to stay in Phoenix again.
