Idéal pour les petits voyages de groupes, comme cinq chambres sont disponibles. Louez une ferme complète à votre disposition exclusive avec une cour fermant à clé très agréable. Là, vous avez la possibilité de vous asseoir sous le Hofbaum et confortable pour boire un café ou manger avec votre famille. La maison a trois salles de bains, une avec le bain, les deux autres ont une douche. Bien sûr, tous les trois sont équipées d'une toilette. Les cinq chambres confortables de la ferme pittoresque, réparties sur trois étages, avec à chaque étage une salle de bains.

Une courte promenade de 2 minutes, vous emmènera directement au Rhin. La ferme offre un endroit calme et aménagement spacieux. Même les grands groupes, il offre beaucoup d'espace et les possibilités de développement. Pour en savoir davantage sur la grande zone de vélo, vous pouvez utiliser quatre vélos gratuitement. Le restaurant le plus proche se trouve juste au coin. Le village a une boulangerie, un supermarché est à 2 km. centre-ville de Cologne se trouve à 30 à 35 minutes en voiture. Sans une voiture, vous bénéficierez d'un excellent réseau de transports en commun à Cologne.

Highly Recommend

The accomodation was perfect for our family of five plus my parents. We enjoyed true "German" hospitality and Barbara is a wonderul host. She is very friendly and prompt to answer our questions. Coming from America, we didn't know how some things ran and she took the time to explain everything. The house was very nice to come home to after a long day out. It is right in the middle between Koln and Bonn. It was easy to get to any of the neighboring towns or bigger cities for sightseeing. It was only an hour or so away from the Nurburgring! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful house with an amazing host!

Loved it

Not much to add to the listing. The river is literally, not figuratively, across the street, and has been cleaned ups considerably since last I saw it about 20 years ago. The house itself is about half an hour from Cologne by car. The common areas are big enough for the family to hang out together, and there are enough rooms for everyone to get some alone time. It's nice and quiet at night, and has everything you need. Host was super easy to deal with and the place was spotless. Yes, there are spiders outside. It’s an old farmhouse. Get over it. We will definitely be going back.

Maison idealement placėe à côtė du Rhin

Grande maison pour 10 personnes avec 3 wc et 3 salle de bain. Le rhin est a 1 min de la maison Possibilitė de faire du vélo prêté avec la location 3 villes sympas à visiter Cologne Bonn et Düsseldorf. Ne pas hésiter pour cette location ☺

Wir hatten hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt(z.B. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kaffeemaschinen- eine mit Filter, einen Vollautomaten; Fernsehr, W-Lan, mehrere Badezimmer) Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, direkt am Rhein.

Gemütliches Häuschen am Fluss

Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt: Das liebevoll eingerichtete und gestaltete Haus haben wir vermutlich noch mehr schätzen können, da das Wetter über die Pfingsttage so regnerisch und unbeständig war! Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht; man kann unkompliziert nach Köln fahren oder einen Spaziergang am Rhein unternehmen. Flexibler Check-in möglich und wunderschöner Pfingstrosen-Strauß zum Empfang. Danke!

het was een leuk verblijf. De wandelafstand naar de Rijn was niet zo groot en het was daar aangenaam vertoeven. Het huisje is wat verouderd, maar voldoet aan alle comfort en eisen. De dame was heel lief en vriendelijk. Alles was aanwezig. Zeker aan te raden.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll renoviertes geräumiges Bauernhaus mit geschlossenem Innenhof, rheinnah und ruhig gelegen, mit allen heutzutage fürs Leben gewohnten modernen Einrichtungen. Unkomplizierte nette Vermieterin. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Ins hat rs sehr gut gefallen.

Wieder sehr schön

Wir haben das dritte Mal eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Das sagt ja eigentlich schon alles, man kommt ja nur wieder, wenn es einem gefallen hat. Die Lage am Rhein ist toll, im Innenhof kann man gut sitzen (wenn das Wetter es zulässt). Es gibt Fahrräder, mit denen man schöne Touren den Rhein entlang machen oder ins nahegelegene Zündorf fahren kann, um dort in die Stadtbahn nach Köln zu steigen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und man fühlt sich willkommen. 😊

A lovely house in a great location

A great house with lots of space and in a great location. We are a family of five and we found everything we needed. Cycling along the Rhine was enjoyable - we went a long way - and we spent enjoyable days in Cologne and Bonn. A trip to Aqualand was very successful. The house is definitely rustic but has everything needed and some of the previous reviews are very harsh indeed. The owner was very helpful and charming, making us feel very welcome. We would definitely return.

Schöne Unterkunft am Rhein

Wir veranstalteten ein großes Familientreffen. 4 Generationen haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub hier verbracht. Der geniale Innenhof war super für die Kinder und auch die Abende konnten wir hier verbringen. Das Haus bot Platz für Alle. Eine sympathische Vermieterin, die uns mit Blumen, Obst und allen Informationen versorgt hatte. Unser nächstes Treffen, findet wieder hier statt.

Overall not bad but had some issues.

What you see is what you get. This is an old German farm house so you'd be well off not to expect luxury. Having said that, I grew up in Germany and enjoy this type of living. One of the previous reviews mentions all types of traffic and that the silverware is not matching. Really?? Yes, there is some storage that is rented out but definitely no offices. We stayed here for 11 days and I saw two separate folks come in during that time. Not too bad at all. And yes, if you have to have matching silverware, then this may not be your place to stay. One turn-off for us was all the spiders however. More should be done to ensure that spiders and spider webs are not in the house. My wife has a spider-phobia so I had quite a bit of work getting rid of what I could. Aside from this, the place was ok except for one MAJOR problem which I choose not to write about as I believe that the owners did not know about this; we did receive some money back to make up for the "inconvenience" as the owners felt very bad about this. This place is big enough to sleep 10+ which is great. However, there are only two 2-seater couches which are nice but small. If you like to stretch out and get comfortable, you'll be disappointed. The courtyard is awesome if the weather plays along; a BBQ and bicycles are at your disposal which is nice. The vicinity to the Rhine is fantastic. All in all, I'd give this place another chance if larger couches were in place. If not, I will certainly stay elsewhere next year. The owners are sincere and easy to get along with.

Need to seek compensation for extra expense we incurred to resolve the hiccup, which you already know about. Other than that, host was pleasant and helpful.

Outdated house, owner has no idea about hospitality business.

The owner has no idea about hospitality business she is trying to run. We stayed there with the dogs who damaged the arm rest of the couch, called the repair company, appraised the repair, paid the owner 400EUR to fix it. The owner charged cleaning fee and pet fee and then expects you to clean the house, otherwise writes nasty review. The house needs to be fixed before renting it out. Furniture is a joke, bed and closet made out of wood logs. Kitchen has no microwave, refrigerator is falling apart and way too small. In the bathrooms toilet seats are not secured. There is no two spoons or forks matching with knifes. Looks like they been collected at salvage place. All glasses are chipped and you can cut yourself. Washer and dryer cannot be run at the same time as house electric is very old and not safe. Towels and linens feel like cardboard. Everything in the house is from previous century. There is no privacy in the house as people constantly walking in and out because because other rooms are rented to local people for storage and offices.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung direkt am Rhein

Wir verbrachten im April 2017 eine Woche in der schönen, mit großzügigem Platzangebot, direkt am Rhein gelegenen Ferienwohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern freundlich empfangen und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Bus und S-Bahnverbindung zur Kölner Innenstadt ist gut, da bedarf es keinem Auto, in die Innenstadt von Köln zu fahren ( die Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto in die Kölner Innenstadt beträgt ca. 20 - 30 Min., mit Bus- und Bahn ebenfalls ca. 25 Min. ) Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis betreffend die Wohnung ist exzellent. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher. April 2017

Very good holdiday home

We had a lovely time in this holiday home. The house is well equiped and very clean although a microwave would have been welcome. We were welcomed by the owner, who is very friendly and helpful. The house is situated in a quite residential area. We went to Köln and Bonn. We used the Stadtbahn into Köln which is very convenient, although finding a parking space near Zündorf station is difficult.

Sightseeing in Köln und Erholung am Rhein in einem

Sehr originell eingerichtetes hübsches, gemütliches Bauernhäuschen aus Stein mit ruhigem, schönem Innenhof. Wir (2 Erw. und 3 Kinder) verbrachten eine Woche hier und waren ganz begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich im Empfang genommen, die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Innenhof hat ein verschließbares Tor, so dass auch die Kleinen mit ihren Bobbycars sich austoben konnten, ohne auf die Straße zu geraten, die Nähe zum Rhein lud zu herrlichen Herbstspaziergängen und Radtouren direkt vom Haus aus ein und nach Köln rein sind wir mehrfach mit dem Auto gefahren (ca. 25 Minuten aber natürlich sehr vom Verkehrsaufkommen abhängig) und haben den Dom, die Rheinpromenade, den Zoo, den Botanischen Garten Flora, das Odyseum mit zu dem Zeitpunkt noch stattgefundener Starwars-Ausstellung und das Schokoladenmuseum besucht. Viel erlebt und trotzdem viel Ruhe genossen. Ein rundum stimmiger Urlaub.

Maybe value for the money but not up to standard.

Certainly idyllic, friendly etc. Lack proper beds,bedding, microwave and bath towels like postage stamps, by far too small. Probably a rare occurrence but it was hot when we were there with no fans. Wi-fi excellent but only German channels on the tv, better take along some dvd's.

wunderschönes Bauernhaus

Wir haben die Wochen in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Besonders der schöne Hof hatte es uns angetan. Der Rhein ist ein wunderbares Highlight. Für Radfahrer ist die Umgebung ein absolutes Paradies, aber auch für die Liebhaber kleinerer Spaziergänge gibt es hier viele Möglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man für eine erholsame Zeit braucht. Neben Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es auch eine Spülmaschine, die den Alltag erleichtert. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage sind ideal auch für mehrere Personen. Die Abende im geräumigen Wohnzimmer kann man bei schlechtem Wetter gut nutzen. Für uns war dieses Haus und die Umgebung besonders schön, jederzeit wieder.
