Smoky Mountain Memories: Stunning Mountain Views + Indoor Pool & Spa

Welcome to Smoky Mountain Memories, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo perched high above downtown Gatlinburg in the scenic Summit of Gatlinburg community. With two private balconies, you’ll have front-row seats to breathtaking mountain views—catch the sunrise with your morning coffee and unwind at sunset with a glass of wine.

This top-floor (3rd) unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom (perfect for kids or friends), and a cozy queen bed in the loft. The condo also features a functional wood-burning fireplace (wood available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse), a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining table that seats six. Private Spectrum WiFi ensures a strong connection throughout your stay.

The Summit offers fantastic amenities just a short walk from your door, including a brand-new indoor pool and hot tubs, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and picnic area with charcoal grills.

Getting here is easy on well-paved, well-maintained roads. You can drive straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Please note: while the roads are in great condition, the drive to the top includes some winding mountain curves.)

Important to know: This is a top-floor unit with no elevator, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns

We had a very nice stay at Smoky Mountain Memories and enjoyed the condo overall.The unit was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated, with plenty of space for our group. The views are truly the standout — absolutely beautiful. Waking up in the primary bedroom with the blinds open, watching the sunrise over the mountains, was a highlight of the trip, and honestly, the views alone would bring us back. Being a corner, top-floor unit also made it feel quiet and private.The location was convenient for getting into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, and while the roads up to the condo are very winding with little to no shoulder, they are well-maintained. It’s not a difficult drive, but definitely something to be aware of if you’re not used to mountain roads.The only downside for us was the indoor pool and hot tub area. It was crowded during our stay, and the bromine level in the hot tubs was VERY strong. Just a heads-up to future guests — you may want to remove any nice jewelry before getting in, as it did damage silver jewelry during our visit. This isn’t the owner’s fault, just something to be aware of.Overall, this was a comfortable, enjoyable place to stay, and the views were incredible. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Overall a great stay. The only 2 complaints I have are there are no elevators for luggage and if you are staying for a length of time and have several bags this can be a hassle if staying on the third floor like we did. Also the hot tubs were not hot, they were very cold. This was not an issue with my property manager but the facility as a whole.

We have stayed with the host for a couple years in a different location. We decided to mix it up this year and try this place. Everything was perfect and very clean! The host is so easy to work with and communicates clearly. Checkin and checkout are really easy, which is a huge bonus. It is nice to be close to everything but still far enough away to have peaceful surroundings. We already can't wait to go again!

We keep coming back to this condo. Angela is always quick to respond to any question you may have. The condo is just like the pictures. It has everything we need for a week away and a hopping spot to and from so many places in the park.

We had a college roommate reunion and thoroughly enjoyed Smoky Mountain Memories. With 3 women, we each had our own room, which was nice. The views from the condo are spectacular, and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. It was nice to have access to the pool and hot tub after a day on our feet exploring the area. The beds are very soft. We found the keyless entry system to be a little temperamental, but it worked. While you have to drive winding roads to the top of the mountain, the location is still quite convenient to Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge. I would stay here again if I came back to the area.

Amazing Views and Bears!

This was a great place to stay. The location was was great, pretty close to GSMNP and Gatlinburg. We had some amazing mountain views. We saw bears several times on the property and in the area, including a mother and 3 cubs (just off the property).

Weekend Getaway

This house was so beautiful and clean. The view was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was stocked so nicely with all the appliances you would need, and quick snacks to eat. We would definitely love to stay there again.

This property was exceptional! It is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The views are unbelievable from both balconies. We have 3 boys and everyone slept comfortably. We are from the Middle TN area and have loved visiting Gatlinburg for years! We purchased this condo July 2021 and have completely updated it. This is our second condo, both are in the Summit of Gatlinburg complex. We plan on spending a lot of time here enjoying the Smoky Mountains and making family memories.

Like our first unit, the views are amazing! We love Summit Condos and all the amenities. This is a corner unit, so it has a lot of windows and 2 separate balconies to take in all the glory of the Smokies.
