The location was perfect! There's a coffee shop next door and the street comes alive in the evenings with music and dining.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I was working remotely for a week but I still went to the beach 4x a day. Great food, great music, great people and things quiet down early enough, that staying in the heart of town is sooo worth it. Host gave great recommendations and even let me know about a turtle hatch one night.

Just as advertised; place is right in the heart of the action. Best tacos on the planet right across the street. Lively music scene nearby!

I loved the location and this little casita. My “host” supplied an incredible list of great restaurants and things to do and see in San Pancho! Laura (and Hams) were both responsive and quick to answer my questions and to book shuttles when I needed them. Hopefully I can stay longer next year.

Cute place in a perfect location

We recently stayed at Andrew’s place for four nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The location was perfect - on the main street in adorable San Pancho, a couple of blocks from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, and kitty-corner from a fantastic bar with great live music every night that‘s right next to an excellent taco joint. The bed was comfy, the shower was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. Andrew was super responsive and great to deal with. We loved our stay there.

Beautiful apartment, noisy at night

The home was cozy and clean, with a nice bed, full kitchen, and living room area. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with floor mats, towels, and beach towels. The location was in the heart of town, right on the main street, near several great restaurants and shops. The only cons were that the space was dark and needed the lights on to have any light, and that it was quite noisy at night, especially later in the week. Fine for those who are heavy sleepers!

Location location location

Andrew’s place is in a primo location in San Pancho. On the Main Street, coffee shop next door, supermarkets and restaurants right at your doorstep. The beach is a 3 minute stroll from your front door. Sit on the patio and you feel like a local after a couple days. You’ll see the same people walking by all of the time. Such a friendly vibe with happy people. The rental is clean and comfy. Good bed, great shower, excellent wifi, full kitchen with big fridge. The street is quite lively but goes totally quiet by 11. The town is authentic Mexican.
